Let me help you out here, Jaxson, by quoting Rudy Giuliani directly from the Meet the Press transcript.
The hot topic is...
"Veselnitskaya was represented by Glenn Simpson, who's the head of GPS for three years.... They met the day before the meeting with Donald Trump Jr., spent hours together having dinner. They met the morning of the meeting with Donald Trump Jr., and they met the day after. They had set up the meeting on the grounds that it was about dirt on Hillary. They never spoke about dirt on Hillary. They spoke about Russian adoptions. And then they never followed up. To me, having been involved in the Justice Department for 17 years, that's about as clear a possible setup as you can get."

Let's hope Attorney General Barr gets to the bottom of this "hot topic"!
Remember, Jaxson, spying on a political campaign is a BIG DEAL!

There you go with the conspiracy bs again.
In volume two of the Mueller report BLOTUS approaches Sessions about
resuming control of the Russia investigations and begin investigations into his
political enemies. When Sessions refuses BLOTUS wants his resignation.
This isn’t a dictatorship where he can request investigations on trumped up conspiracy charges from the minds of Nunes, Hannity, Limbaugh, Levin or Fox News. This report has facts and evidence. That’s hard evidence, something the conspiracy theorist have been unable to find.
I don’t need your help upstanding anything. I understand that collusion was never a chargeable offense in the first place. And I also understand there was insufficient evidence to charge conspiracy. The fact remains that the trump campaign received help from the Putin regime to elect BLOTUS and his lawyer says it’s ok.
I Stand with Mueller

You would be wrong again. Trump, as head of the executive branch (which contrary to what idiots like Pelosi and Schiff think) has control over investigations. He can end any investigation and could have fired Mueller at any time for any reason and it is NOT obstruction. Mueller crying that Trump thought or said mean things about him does not constitute obstruction. There was no claim of executive privilege, no documents were hidden, no witnesses were denied, no devices were destroyed, no emails deleted or bleach bit. No collusion, no obstruction period. By the way, it's BARR starting the investigations into the ringleaders of this attempted coup, not Trump.

Nope. I already corrected you. I even put the transcript of Giuliani's remarks right in front of you so you could quote from it directly to support your false, malicious talking point. You chickened out.
You also chickened out on the question of whether you think the Pentagon Papers case was correctly decided by SCOTUS.

Obviously you (mis)heard what you wanted to (mis)hear!
Here is the actual transcript of yesterday's Meet the Press show.

Oh, my! Did you just say you need "facts and evidence" in order to commence an investigation?
Did you actually hear what Giuliani said on Meet the Press? The part I just posted? The part you just quoted? Why don't we go over it again and see how many FACTS it contains?
FACT: Veselnitskaya was represented by Glenn Simpson, who's the head of GPS for three years.
FACT: They met the day before the meeting with Donald Trump Jr., spent hours together having dinner.
FACT: They met the morning of the meeting with Donald Trump Jr.
FACT: ...and they met the day after.
FACT: They had set up the meeting on the grounds that it was about dirt on Hillary.
FACT: They never spoke about dirt on Hillary.
FACT: They spoke about Russian adoptions.
FACT: And then they never followed up.
Daaayyuuumm, Jaxson, that's a bucket of FACTS right there!
Now I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I sure do think the question of what was the head of Hillary Clinton's oppo research firm doing (colluding? canoodling? cavorting?) hanging out with that Rooski spy-babe during that 2-day window in June 2016 when she was in NYC to meet with trumpy's folks in Trumpy Tower ought to be pursued!!
Don't you have even a smidgen of curiosity there, Jaxson? Are you skeered of what we might learn?
Notice that Giuliani called it a "possible setup". He's not prejudging.
He knows his stuff. You don't.

I understand that collusion was never a chargeable offense in the first place. Then why did CNN, MSNBC et al. refer to the Mueller COLLUSION probe over and over and over again for 2 fucking years if y'all knew it wasn't something anyone could actually be charged with?
And I also understand there was insufficient evidence to charge conspiracy. Which means there was no underlying crime. Which means there can be no obstruction of justice, unless you want to explain how shutting down an investigation of a non-crime is somehow an affront to justice!

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You haven’t corrected jack shit. All you posted was the ramblings of a lawyer who believes it’s ok to accept help from a hostile foreign government because it isn’t a crime.
You want to rehash the deep state bullshit don’t respond to my posts.

Well, by your logic BLOTUS could have fired him with out any repercussions at any time he wanted to. Then why did he ask Macghan and Sessions to do it.
Or better yet...do it himself
I don’t discuss deep state bullshit. Don’t reply to my posts.

^^^ This is why liberals lose debates all the time!
Let's recap what just happened in this thread:
1. Jaxson mischaracterized someone's remarks on a Sunday talk show.
2. I pulled out the transcript of said talk show and invited him to support his mischaracterization with what that person actually said.
3. Jaxson wimped out, repeated his mischaracterization for the third time, and walked away with his tail between his legs!
You can't make this shit up!

^^^ More evidence to demonstrate liberals can't debate!!
Anytime you bring up something that makes them uncomfortable, they get skeered, refuse to engage, and try to end the discussion as quickly as possible!
Their debate mantra is... "may the lesser argument win"!
Hey Jaxson, just so you know - I will shoot down your nonsense every chance I get! You may control your comments, you don't control mine.
If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!
Got any more "hot topics" that you're too chicken to debate?
BAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!

This is what I have against lawyers. "You scratch my back, and you won't press charges if I stab yours. Sign here."
