Don't know what it will say. Horowitz already disappointed me once by saying there was no evidence ( or at least he didn't believe he could make the case in a court of law ) that Peter Strozk was perfectly capable of separating his job from his hatred of Trump. The H. report is in the hands of the FBI and DOJ for redaction purposes but you doubt they are coming or just doubt anybody will be held accountable because the prima facie case is there for anybody to see. Rules of the FISA court say that any evidence presented must be verified. Was the information in the Steele dossier ever verified by the FBI? Nope. Should be the end of that argument but like I said, I've been disappointed before. I think the Durham report will be more damaging because Durham is more than likely going to impanel a grand jury if he hasn't already something Horowitz couldn't do. Durham can put Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Yates, Rosenstein, Rice, under oath under penalty of law and none of these people will know what Durham has found when they raise their hand. Should be fun but nothing will surprise me.


And who the hell is Joseph Misud? Russian agent? Western Intelligence agent? Lord help all those people especially Brennan if Durham can prove the later.

The new episode was not relayed during Taylor's closed-door interview with House lawmakers last month because he was not aware of it at the time.

In a brief court filing Wednesday, Justice Department attorneys said they were no longer arguing that public release of records about McCabe would interfere with an ongoing enforcement action. That claim is typically used to withhold records about ongoing investigations or prosecutions.

dims have been calling for his impeachment for many different "reasons" or no specific reason

now they come with an impeachment "inquiry"

with the sole focus on a telephone call to the ukraine

as legal professor turley has written its a mighty small and poorly constructed foundation for their impeachment building to reach the highest office in the land

he has likened reasons to impeach a president to a foundation. to built a large and rising structure, there needs to be a wide and deep foundation. likewise to reach up high, to the highest office, there needs to be firm, and deep and strong reasons for impeachment

he says there isn't that foundation in the case the dims have presented. that this reason isn't an impeachable reason.

so I wondered, what happened to all the previous reasons the dims have bleated about for 3 years. why haven't they included any or some or most of those reasons in this "inquiry" to built a foundation for impeachment?

reasons I recall given for impeachment since November 2016:

1. no reason-just IMPEACH 45
2. He called some countries "shithole" countries
3. mental fitness
4. dealings with Russian oligarchs or with putin
5. being unfit
6. having "zero reason he can be a good president"
7. racist bigotry
8. emoluments
9. obstructed justice
10. colluding with Russians to affect the election
11. he lies
12. profited by being president
13. the bank of china is his biggest tenant in trump tower
14. loans from Russia for mar-a-lago

I'm sure there's more but I cant recall at the moment

yes, the Democrats have been "after" Trump since day one. I disagree with the idea that impeachment is solely about this Call.. that is but one data point.. "the call" came after Guiliani began his shadow policy in January. the issue extended into September, when the money to Ukraine just happened to be released right after the Whistleblower charge came out, when Trump "heard the ambulance in the distance".

I would agree with Turley, IF the Phone Call was the story. it is just one piece of a large puzzle. he and I go way back, personally, I won't get into details, but I have the highest respect for him. and it may be that nothing "impeachable" comes out of this.. but I will wait until everyone is heard, before tossing a judgement.
