It's totally bizarre that she views this as some sort of scam, when the providers are the ones setting the rates. My mortal sin is apparently to inquire whether or not the rate is available. God forbid someone should ask about a half-hour rate.

The best information is always shared via back channels. But to reach the broadest audience, making the list public seemed like the best approach.

Olivia dear.....I wouldn't waste too much more time dwelling on his list. His list is useless and very outdated. It's a feel good thing for him and it brings him the attention he thrives on. No one really gives a fuck about his list except him. Let him keep on posting them. It gives a lot of us something to laugh at.

You're right about one thing bni....I can't spell worth a shit. I don't speak for everyone but it seems you do. There are lots of self-righteous people on this board and you are one of them.
