When I received my 2nd shot in January I asked the nurse about a 3rd shot and she said it is likely a booster shot would likely be needed at some point in time, maybe a year after the 2nd shot.

This is not unusual. Flu shots are recommended every year. I have recently received booster shots for shingles and pneumonia. My tetanus and yellow fever shots will eventually need boosters. Maybe others.

I really care very little about the finances involved. The vaccine obviously works very well based on how once the vaccine became widely available the number of coronavirus cases and deaths dropped dramatically. Everything is opening back up because of the rapid decrease in cases and deaths. I respect the opinions of others who will not get the vaccine but I believe they ar wrong in not getting it.

Because of the idiots who are too blind to see. The vaccines work amazingly well. Without them herd immunity, whether it be 50%. 60% or 80% would never be reached. There are skeptics out there who are somewhat open-minded and can be convinced to get the vaccine when given the facts. Others will never get it.
