Well, the mods saw fit to reduce the banning severely ,I've never seen fancy start any controversy, but i haven't read all her threads. I'm sure in do time Fancy will explain what happened to her. She's a poster just as much as she is a provider. If she chooses to not disclose what happened to her, well that's her perogative and maybe it doesn't affect her business and maybe it does. So far, it just seems to be runors only really fancy and the mods know the whole story unless someone who also knows what to come forward. I'm sure she will announce her return in her own ways . We just have I be patient. Once she states her case - people can choose o see her or not.

But I'm not going to use the excuse of lack-of-knowledge to cover every near violation of my own. Sometimes, yes, we do test limits. (I say this in General, as to human nature, all of us...) Although, I personally don't ever want to push it over the line; towards maliciousness & becoming dangerous. (Yes, I consider outing someone dangerous.) But outing people can be as simple as whether someone accidentally types someone's first name around here.
Whether it is ever done intentionally or an honest careless mistake- is the difference between that maliciousness and innocence.
I did not ever say it was still not a dangerous thing when it is done, intent or none.

From what I understand, correct me if I am wrong, the moderators do put some weight on a person's intent.
Isn't there usually some type of investigation and line of questioning when things like that happen? And the reaction of any questionable violator and their responses bare some weight on the total outcome?

There are huge differences between accidents and intentionals.
Like manslaughter and murder 1.
Yes, both examples are deadly, yet the weight of intent bares some weight on the punishment. (Or so I was led to believe...)
