You guys need to get a grip on reality because what Spirit13 is writing about has happened to someone that was on this site before any of you were here, or on the other site. The guy that had to deal with what Spirit13 is describing is still being stalked/cyber stalked, and had his information outed on sites like NBL even though he was not active, and had not been actively seeing providers for years. It is a real problem since the girls are given a bye by most of you when everyone should be held accountable for their actions, especially this. The initial outing is inexcusable, but those that do it do call the rain of fire down on themselves by their outing and they deserve whatever they get. All of you best re-consider your positions on this because it can harm you.

Remember, once your real world information is tied to your lives in the P4P world then let out on the Internet, it is there for good. It matters not if you did, or did not do, what is posted by the provider. Rather, what matters is what can be found by a future employer, girlfriend, wife, etc. which will be out of context and to your detriment.

In regards to the guy I mentioned above, even though he is long gone from the Hobby/P4P scene, he had to take action against the provider in question, which included LE, Courts, etc. as well as posting her real world information online because she would not stop until she realized that what he had warned her would happen, actually did happen. The bitch of it is she is still an active provider and continues to post about this guy. That right there is the apotheosis of stupidity, and obsession taken to the nth degree as well as being flat out dangerous to any hobbyist.

When a hobbyist is outed by a hooker, unless there is a criminal problem such as rape, robbery, etc., the guy who is outed has to respond by any and all means. That may include outing her, and after reading what you guys posted, none of you get it in my opinion. In the case of the guy I mentioned in the preceding paragraph, threats were made against that guy, and his family, by the provider and her associates. All of the guys could have cared less, which is what I am seeing here, and that is why I have posted this.

The hooker in that matter was dealt with using multiple methods, which included the attention of the authorities first then the outing of her real world information. I am only pointing out the foolishness of your collective position, and the lackadaisical attitude demonstrated by each of you. Be careful of that attitude because it could be your ass in the sling the next go around, regardless of whether you are retired or not. The attitude the bunch of you demonstrates is why these girls do this, since what is personified by the group of you, allows them to correctly think they will not be held accountable for their bad behavior and actions.

Spirit13, a little advice: Don't waste your time contacting NBL. They will tell you that if the one who posted the information will contact them to remove it, they will do so. However, since all postings on the NBL are anonymous, guess what they will say? They operate under the misguided idea that they are not responsible for Libelous information posted on their site, and would welcome any litigation as, according to them, the first amendment gives them the right to have that information posted. Of course, the first amendment does not give them that right but why argue with pigs? If you do, you will realize that the pig likes it, and will drag you down into the mud with them.

Do contact their hosting company/ISP, and send them the information that their client is violating the law under USC and FCR statues. If they argue, go after them and make sure to get service done on all parties when litigation is filed.

Is there a way to get with the owners of the NBL and complain to them about her abusing the system, that instead of putting the 'real' people that actually need blacklisting, that she wastes time and effort blacklisting those for things such as what she put me on there for?

That is part of my plan.. 1st is to get the NBL listings removed, and her rep over there gets a hit if not her account is cancelled with no refund (I looked up their TOS)

2nd is to personally bring the "fight" to her, and that is still up in the mix as to what I will do

@Phantom - that is also part of my plan. I have years of experience working AT webhosting companies and know how to do deal with them..the site owners might ignore me but the place the site is hosted knows the law better and can just unplug the server etc..

If you go see her story goes she keeps all your info. So if you're dumb enough to go out there ride the bus and use a pay phone. I wouldn't even use hobby phone with that one. the short story is this:
years before I was on ASPD (the site before ECCIE) I did actually see her once.. then she had that milf body which I like and lived off Hwy 6 and Clay road area.

I am a single guy so hiding my cell # on a burn phone was not needed..

this was about 2004 2005 time frame. She has held onto that cell phone which at 1st was a prepaid # then my carrier let me convert it to a normal account.

Now I know you can research someone's cell # and it will give you their info but those sites cost about 20-30 a month...

She apparently has done this, on a phone # she has held onto for over 5 years.

She "claims" I stalk her... I will admit to flagging her ads on BP when they appear but it takes multiple flags before the site takes her ad down.

I have made snide comments about her reviews appearing to be bogus or at least questionable (one being that a guy from out of town can see her at a drop of a hat with no references yet she states she needs 5)

Many on here have posted about her and how she is.. the term "Bat shit crazy" is the one most bandied about but I think she is bipolar.

if you read the NBL and the names posted on there recently - some of them are ones that have posted against her and I would assume not contact her her let alone have a session with her.

So why would she post an alert about a guy she has not seen, thus not done her harm in any fashion? Simple... she wants to scare off other ladies from seeing them and make them think these guys are dangerous.


Mikki, I know you read these posts either on your account or a sock account so heed my words.. Unless the SERVER that NBL is hosted on is owned by the site owners too, they pay for a COLO spot etc.. I will be dealing with those ABOVE THEM.. Site owners are responsible for content on their sites.. so guess what.... "slander" and "liable" are terms they would rather not hear.

Oh.. and the hosting company the server is at? they have PHYSICAL access to the server. meaning they can power it off, copy the sites content and send it to me once I get all the legal papers filed (long drawn out process I assure you but can be done) and that means I have access to the site, its password file, the information to it etc..




So now you know the full story and you can go from there

my actions won't involve ECCIE directly.

But what amazes me still is the Mods..... there have been statements by her that she still has access to the ML, goes on other sites and exposes members here.. yet the mods do nothing to her.

It's still affecting ECCIE because you keep kicking this dead horse. Like I said its a personal issue between you two keep it off ECCIE.

I feel for anyone who gets outed, even crazy sasquatches. But that's the risk we take when we play the game. You can't be a firefighter and then start complaining about the heat. You don't like it, get more cautious. Don't expect to be able to control what other people do, especially a menopausal heifer who still thinks she's worth it.

As for expecting an ECCIE mod to make something from the NBL right, that's the dumbest fucking thing on this thread (which is full of dumb fucking things). Would you expect Burger King to help you out when you get ripped off by McDonalds?
