You make a compelling argument, although I am still not deterred. The lead you have presented me with is awesome though, and if she's beaten me to it I don't really know what to say other than oh well. This bears some reflection.

Let's make this a bit more interesting... if you wouldn't tell me anything other than a desire to write your own story or out of fears of "LEO" then what is your reasoning behind it? A simple lack of interest is acceptable of course.

I'm also twice the age of Tellsoftly and I'm a writer. His approach from the get go was suspect. His perseverance gave away his motive.
