I am very analytical by nature.

It was fascinating to watch it all unfold.

A nudge here and there.........a tweek of this or that persona, and it was on like donkey kong.

Those of us who paid for our access had a different perspective.

It was a hooktard board. The kids guardians won't do a thing..................but, let it go.

I certainly understand that. I did not pony up more BCD money after my last renewal last year, so I did not have any "skin in the game", but most definitely sypathize with those that had anything into when it shuttered. In any case I'd treat it like a poker game loss. Again, this site looks pretty good.

I for one don't really care about ASPD or the large database that was lost. I don't care about my old reviews or old reviews from other members. That information is old and doesn't mean anything to me. I am, however, looking for new information.

If the people here post new reviews we will survive. If they don't.... this site won't mean much.

Well it is sad to see it go but part of the natural cycle of things. Cheers to everyone that worked so hard to get this and other sites upgraded and ready for us to have a new place to hobby

Dec28th? you can probably contest the charges whether its paypal or from a CC. well unless you are trying to avoid the scrutiny that might come with a dispute

I heard a lot of good things about this site. I really didnt think losing aspd was going to break me but I realized the interaction and the familiar folks was what I would really miss.
I'm just glad there are so many ladies and gents here I recognize so my world hums along without a hitch. The things I do to entertain myself...

Good point. A lot of us are newbies here, but we are recognized as "old faithfuls" by others. If you are an "old faithful" but I don't know it, sorry if I don't share information with you.
OTOH, if someone has a security concern, that's for him to decide.
