Remember that Jax is the one still clinging to the "there" that's not "there" in the Mueller report. He still contends it's going to lead to Trump's impeachment.

Of course he would believe it's also likely that the 2nd amendment could simply be undone by waving a magic wand.

I'm thinking at times he probably still believes in Peter Pan, Santa Clause, and the Tooth Fairy. Their reality is right up there with a Trump Impeachment, or repeal of the 2nd Amendment.

"Natural law" says one has a right to defend one's self and one's property which justifies and includes the use of a gun -- especially if the assailant is similarly armed.
