I see. You can't connect your dots because you literally stop at the prima facie and can't take it to the next level.

Rebuttal. You spend substantial time fighting for social justice issues including fighting for clemency for two black men you feel are wrongly convicted of murder. You gain that clemency and then provide jobs to both men, placing yourself in close proximity to them knowingly when it can be used against you politically. You consider them friends, as they do you.

Now that doubt has been introduced to your prima facie case, don't just predictably attack mine. Instead, connect your dots to prove the "is" contention because I don't have to attack your assertion directly. We just need to see if your internal logic holds up at this point or if you're taking an ultra shallow dig to smear because you're selling veneer and MDF as full hardwood construction.

Plain and simple facts. If what Fetterman did was illegal, he would have been charged. Never was in both situations. The fact that the owner was black was irrelevant. The bar was a nuisance.

Second- you CAN DETAIN a person if they have a criminal record in pa and have been suspected of portraying a crime, if you notify police. The fact that the man was a criminal, and has been in jail prior, & is in jail currently tells you he's a con. Fetterman notified the cops after stopping him. The fact that he is black is also irrelevant here.

The straw grasping contest has now ended, and we have a cookie for the winner- being a good lemming has it's rewards.

Racist Fetterman acted illegally stopping a black man that was simply out jogging because he made the assumption the man committed a crime. That is both illegal and racist

Don't you find it surprising that this guy is currently in jail now- and if he had a rap sheet as known bad actor- perhaps there is enough justification in 'rounding up the usual suspects' & while we don't know if the two knew of each other beforehand, the fact that he was a known felon to law enforcement- is enough to not charge Fetterman.

So at least you can now admit Racist Fetterman did not do the right thing in trying to take the law into his own hands and vandalizing a black owned business and in stopping an innocent black jogger and illegally detaining him at gunpoint.
