TCT is an opinion show, not a straight news broadcast. Tucker uses hyperbole and makes jokes about the subjects he's discussing. The lawyers stressed that the show should not be taken literally for purposes liability. The same holds true for any opinion show on any network.
A good lesson for anyone dumb enough to file a lawsuit against an opinion show for stating opinion.

Tucker uses two writers, but mainly for the the opening monologue. He reviews and makes personal edits before the show.

In my opinion Tucker gets it right most of the time and is always entertaining in his delivery. Still the GOAT.

correct! and on the rare occasion Tucker gets something wrong he says so. when was the last time CNN or MSNBC did that? and they and others are gonna pay out the nose for it.
