trump would be the undeniable winner of the next election if he would have followed the notes from the previous administration. Too bad he tries to rip down anything associated with them.

Man, i'd have to say Comey was trumps best allied in the last election. "We're not trying her/we're trying her." That practically guaranteed him the election. Muddied the water a bit. Ima only saying that so we can take the credit away from the Russians

Every since DC has been relying on the internet, I think each administration passes rules for securing stuff that they make active for the next one. Who cares? Like, seriously man. Who fucking cares? Nobody is electing Trump to be your local role model. Nobody is saying he's a saint or a teacher. How does his talking shit have anything to do with his competence at getting things done? The last time I checked, he was a billionaire (which he didn't get from his father), became a renown businessman, had one of the most successful TV shows in the history of that station and was more successful than literally every politician that ran for office, ever. If someone had such an awful temperament, how was he able to accomplish all that?

Again, I ask. Who. fucking. cares.

Quote:
Uh, no. I'm talking about what he has demonstrated all this time he has been in office, and was brilliantly illuminated in the debates before becoming an elected politician: his lying. Being he was not in any elected office before, these were the first public forums he put his ideas out. And alot of them were BS. Now stop making inferred refences to illegal substance use.
Examples. Stop giving me general statements and start citing specific instances.

Quote:
OAN. You're neurons are short circuiting.
Yeah, totally! I mean, when people talk about the mainstream media, OF COURSE they're talking about OAN! That's such a huge source of news! Man, I can't remember the last time I didn't see OAN being on the cusp of breaking news! You got me! OAN is such a huge network, I can't believe I didn't compare it to Fox, CNN, MSNBC or CBS!

Quote:
I have asked for you to give a summation of accomplishments and ...
I have. It's called the fucking economy. That kind of really matters to a country. Not what bathrooms someone can go into.

Quote:
I think trump is currently trying to get to the bootstrap position that Obama had. To be revealed below.
The only thing Trump is trying to do is systematically remove every trace of that piece of shit in office. And, for the most part, it's coming along damn nicely.

Quote:
Wasn't the best implementation. *IMO* it would be much better if the party that entrenched itself in their mantra of "being the party of NO" would have adopted a philosophy other than suck a person dry of his money when he gets on his death bed as opposed to the intent of Obamacare doing preventive procedures to keep people from getting that ill before coming to seek medical care.
DACA and gay marriage are for another thread
I do agree that both parties should stop with the fucking fighting and do what's best for the people. The problem with Obamacare is, nobody wanted it. And it was pushed anyways.

I get the intent of a strong safety net and I'm not against the idea of some form of socialized healthcare that protects people. Regarding healthcare, the worst thing you can do is be a stupid ass ideologue who sticks to their side of the aisle's talking point. Healthcare is an incredibly sensitive and complicated issue. And the only ones who suffer because of a stupid ass government are the people who actually pay politician's salaries.

Quote:
In the words of Hobson in Arthur, "Yes... You obviously have a wonderful economy with words, Gloria. I look forward to your next syllable with great eagerness." A look at what is currently going on can be one step away from what Manchester wrote in the chapter of The Cruelest Years. ...and that is the best you can give for the summation of accomplishments?
And the reveal I mentioned above, it seems to me trump is trying to recreate the economy that Obama inherited and will probably taut (sp) that his second term he is going to make things better than Obama did with the same 'effd economy.
Obama's economy was better than Bush's, but that's not saying much. The middle class under him became FUCKED. Obamacare killed jobs with its stupid regulations and his increased taxes didn't help anyone. So, stop trying to use Bush as an excuse and accept that your boy didn't exactly give Trump a head start with the economy.

And yes, there are other things I can list, such as NATO negotiations, our countries stop fucking with us, pulling out of the stupid climate accords. But yeah. The economy is kind of a really big deal. If you're just going to downplay that, you're being intellectually dishonest AF.

Quote:
Saying neither. Seeing you say Biden is as trump describes him, senile, I would put my $$$ on Biden in a debate with him. Yes, Biden does slip up. But in real time, I can see the guy gaining traction on explaining a misstatement and correcting it. trump only sticks to what serves him. mostly lies.
Have you watched the most recent Biden speech? The guy literally fucking forgot where he was and his way of "correcting" himself was saying "Oh, har har. I meant somewhere else. I was talking about that place I worked. hahahahaha." That was embarrassing. If that's your idea of correcting, I laugh.

And misstatement? How is he going to explain him blackmailing Ukraine? You know what Trump can back himself with?

Economy.

And what has Trump lied about? Seriously, go ahead and explain.

Quote:
As I said, I think trump has some good ideas but he has so many people that are in his pocket, they don't do the homework on pitching those ideas to make them palpable to the people. Need to get rid of the indited crooks.
Examples? Or can only speak in generalities?

Quote:
And speaking of crooks, if Biden is one with Ukraine, how come the repubs never pushed charges all these years?
Because the republicans are puuuuuuuuuusssssssssssssssssss siiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeees.

Quote:
It is in agreement that the guy in Ukraine he said funds would not be coming for the USA, the rest of the EU were in agreement that guy was crooked.
And Biden used his position as VP to get his crackhead son out of trouble, after he gained something like 50K a month doing literally nothing but sitting on an executive seat.

If you're saying the EU is in agreement that Biden is a piece of shit, that would be the one time they were right. Otherwise, fuck the EU.

Your're first sentence is incorrect. The one email that you're referring to was marked "non classified" in the subject line. It contained a couple of sentences in one paragraph that had a "C" for (this is sentence is classified). The person who sent her that email SENT IT AS "NON CLASSIFIED". Having this email with a couple of sentences marked classified was negligent. It was not gross negligence and it was not a crime. Go lookup the government rules on handling classified information. This was one email out of 155,000. This is why Comey could not recommend that HRC be indicted. At best you would lose your government security clearance for being negligent. It had nothing to do with her being a Clinton. It was all political. Republican Colin Powell had government emails on his AOL (America on-line) account. That's a fact. Nothing happened to him.

There is no such thing as accidently going over the speed limit. It's the reponsibility of the driver to know how fast he/she is going. If someone sends you a classified email that is marked "non classified" it is not the responsibility for the recipient to figure out that the email was classified. Thus, no indictment.

Caved? I don't follow all the dealings with Iran. But i'm sure there were conditions on the return of such funds. I don't know. I just wish we would have at least made interest on it.

You do realize everything you just said was massive bullshit, right? Like, investigations actually found classified e-mails in her hidden server. Whether or not she sent or received them isn't the point. It was that she hid them. Then tried to delete them.

Quote:

It was a crime because she tried to hide it. You're conveniently forgetting this all-important fact.

Quote:
Go lookup the government rules on handling classified information.
Pretty sure the government doesn't want you deleting your servers after receiving a subpoena.

Quote:

Comey, the guy who, later on, said she was going to be investigated anyways. I love how you condemn Comey as her downfall, then praise him for an earlier act of letting her off the hook.

Quote:

It had everything to do with her being a Clinton. You do understand the Clintons suck, right?

And if it's such a minor issue, why did she need to delete all of her emails? Surely she could have actually used this a political took saying the GOP were doing a witch hunt on her despite her "accident" right?

Quote:
Republican Colin Powell had government emails on his AOL (America on-line) account. That's a fact. Nothing happened to him.

Did he try to delete his emails after being subpoenaed? If so, he needs to be investigated.

Quote:
There is no such thing as accidently going over the speed limit.
Er.... you can actually accidentally go over the speed limit by just flat out not paying attention. I mean, how many times have people gotten tickets in school zones?

Quote:
It's the reponsibility of the driver to know how fast he/she is going.
Just like how it's the Secstate's responsibility to keep track of e-mails and report them to the proper channels in the event there is classified information.

Quote:
If someone sends you a classified email that is marked "non classified" it is not the responsibility for the recipient to figure out that the email was classified.
It's the responsibility of someone in the government who also has access to his or her own set of classified information to report even accidentally sent classified information to the proper channels for the sake of transparency.

Quote:
Thus, no indictment.
Because she's a Clinton who deleted thousands of emails.

She reported it up to proper channels within the campaign. And she actually recalled quite a bit. If you watched her interview, she was pretty lucid about the events that happened, which is far more than we can say for Blausey Ford, whom everyone believed despite, her friends countering her statements. If Biden was innocent, why not unseal the documents? Serious question. Because that would make him look REALLY good.

Every thing you write is spewed from either CNN or late night comedians who got their feelings hurt. So, if I called you a liberal, it's because you come off exactly as one. If you aren't fine. But don't try to pretend your talking points are any less partisan than mine are.

If someone sent Trump an email that had classified information but was marked "non classified" and it remained in his possession, that would be negligence, not a crime. A repeated offence of this should result in him losing his security clearance but not going to jail.

Again the emails that had classified information that HRC had were not MARKED Classified. Only one email out of 155,000 had a "C" next to the sentence to identify classified information. One email out of 155,000. Fact. That is not even gross negligence. You lose your security clearance for gross negligence, you do not go to jail.

All three scenarios are very realistic, with #1 being the most likely.

You're leaving Ohio out of it.. and Ohio is most definitely in play. We're one of two states that suffered a net job loss pre-COVID.. and Ohio tends to turn on candidates pretty quickly when it comes to manufacturing industry issues. As it sits right now, the most gerrymandered House district in the entire country is in Ohio-- and for the first time in 20 years, is legitimately at risk of flipping. (The challenging candidate jokingly wears a gold charm shaped like OH-1.... it looks like a goldfish its so badly drawn... we've been ordered to change it, its that bad)

Flip Ohio back to blue.. you can lose one of the others (Pennsylvania is the only one of the 3 in number 1 that has more EC votes than Ohio).

They weren't marked because they were on the illegal side of the govt. firewall. Essentially the network is so secure that it is air gapped. There is no connectivity for confidential emails... the only way to get them outside of govt. networks is to manually jump the air gap by re-keying or exporting and importing. This is the REAL crime and it was done at her direction. People that understand this shit KNOW she belongs in prison turning boulders into ricks and rocks into fishtank gravel.. But she will never see the inside of a prison because she married well.

But then at some point before the call is made, someone with the appropriate authority will declassify them. These two call sheets sent to Clinton unnecessarily retained their confidential markings due to human error, Kirby said.

Go get the link that has Comey's testimony before Congress. One email with a couple of sentences marked with a "C" out of a 155,000 emails. Not seeing or recognizing the "C" is negligence. You will not go to jail or be indicted for negligence. It had nothing to do with HRC's last name.

You get indicted when you try to get access to classified information that you are not cleared to see. You get indicted when you try to give classified material to the enemy of the USA. You will not go to jail for having in your possession classified information that you have been cleared to see, when it was sent non-classified.

Forgive my late response to this. I didn't know you posted it after I put up my last response.

If someone had such an awful temperament, how was he able to accomplish all that?

Again, I ask. Who. fucking. cares.

I would like to agree with you about that.
Back to the time when Henry Cisneros (sp) was a canidate for Housing Secretary and the FBI nicked that by uncovering payments he made to his side squeeze. I couldn't understand why what he did in private took him out but that appartently is the law. And so be it with trump. I guess you can only talk about grabbing them by the pussy and not pay them $130K.

So, you got any documented proof to back up your statements about trumps bottom line? The very few documented looks at his books show another story.
Family accounts of such have already been printed and all trump can say it's a hack job. Understanding a little bit of trumpspeak, that means it is the truth because he can't counter it. And the non-profit that was forced to shut down. And the heads of it being court ordered to take ethic classes. You gonna tell me that is the sign of a true leader of finances? Lets not get into the loans from the German bank. trump could shut everybody up by disclosing his taxes. I would really like it if he would so he could give the finger to everyone. But of course, that would be contingent on him telling the truth.

Otherwise, I agree with you on that. Hell, I know when heads of state died in europe, not only the wife was at the funeral, the Mistress would be also. America is a bit uptight. But the lecherous intent should be kept from the public to keep the voters from acting on their feelings.

Examples. Stop giving me general statements and start citing specific instances.

Seeing ellen couldn't admit it, when is Mexico paying for the Wall? That was his mantra like the Just One Term the pussies (as you call them) ranted about after Obama came to office. Why would he beg the Mexican President about Mexico giving the donald the finger about it? Why did he say he didn't pay off any of the people involved with his infidelities? Why did he actively cover the publication of the Secret Service expenses when they are public record and still rail about how much Obama spent going to the golf course? I could go on more. One thing for sure, when he leaves office, alot of the stuff he tried to hide will be made available by the FOIA.

You asked for a mainstream media that had trumpcentric view point. *MY* definition of mainstream news includes someone who has a cable channel across all of the USA that is dedicated to, what they say is, news. Doesn't mean I believe it's news for the sake of news. And I will include the BBC since they have a history of supply news around the world for many decades with their short wave service that has recently been cancelled in favour for the internet. I do not include blogs.

What is your definition of mainstream news.

I have. It's called the fucking economy. That kind of really matters to a country. Not what bathrooms someone can go into.

The economy is going gangbusters. Why is it that big business are records big profits and the people are only get chicken scratch? There is something fundamentally wrong when the rich get richer and the poor poorer during a financial down turn. Don't give me any lip service about Covid.

The only thing Trump is trying to do is systematically remove every trace of that piece of shit in office. And, for the most part, it's coming along damn nicely.

Like the Pandemic Response report that Obama had? Even briefed the current admin about it. How's that going? Bet money that if they adopted that, things wouldn't be as they are now.

I do agree that both parties should stop with the fucking fighting and do what's best for the people. The problem with Obamacare is, nobody wanted it. And it was pushed anyways.

Somebody obviously wanted it. Got made into law. And multiple times repeals have been made, they were shot down. People want what the true intent of it was. Not the current version. And seeing the repubs have had years to introduce a plan and have not....

Careful Aoi. People will think you're a socialist liberal lover

Obama had to pull up what Bush left him.I don't mind paying taxes. But god, I sure want to see some results from it. "My boy?" there you go assuming again. But I did vote for him. Like I voted for Bush.
And don't you try to think that Obama didn't give a headstart to trump. He did give him a heads up as all adminstrations leaving The Hill give to the new one coming in. And "your boy" was shocked, as was Obama.
Your boy from all the stuff he had to do and Obama from how stupid trump was. Don't make me get the article that someone in the room said that.

And yes, there are other things I can list, such as NATO negotiations, our countries stop fucking with us, pulling out of the stupid climate accords. But yeah. The economy is kind of a really big deal. If you're just going to downplay that, you're being intellectually dishonest AF.

As i've said, there are some good ideas that trump has. he bumbles around the room like a bull in the china shop implementing them. He should REALLY get some qualified people to implement such.

Have to admit I haven't. And I don't watch trump speeches either. See my comments about lying.
*I* just *feel* that in real time, in a debate, Biden can correct himself and move forward in a pinch better than trump.

And misstatement? How is he going to explain him blackmailing Ukraine? You know what Trump can back himself with?

Economy.

We'll see what the voters have to say about economy that benefits big business while crumbs are thrown at the little people as a distraction.

And what has Trump lied about? Seriously, go ahead and explain.

See above where I directed comments to such.

Examples? Or can only speak in generalities?

See previous statement.

Because the republicans are puuuuuuuuuusssssssssssssssssss siiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeees.

And Biden used his position as VP to get his crackhead son out of trouble, after he gained something like 50K a month doing literally nothing but sitting on an executive seat.

Again I ask you, why haven't any charges come about in court all these years if what you say is true? Stalling waiting for election is a political move and you so disdain such actions from previous comments you made.

If you're saying the EU is in agreement that Biden is a piece of shit, that would be the one time they were right. Otherwise, fuck the EU.
Seeing that you admit your nationality isn't from the EU, I can see where that statement is from.

Don't forget to give your definition of mainstream news.

If Biden was innocent, why not unseal the documents? Serious question. Because that would make him look REALLY good.

"Within the campaign." Should have made a police report. Keep it inhouse and this is what happens.
Frankly, I never seen an interview with her or know anything about her. Just that an accusation was made and no documentation backing it up. She should have made a police report. FOIA would do that rest.

Every thing you write is spewed from either CNN or late night comedians who got their feelings hurt. So, if I called you a liberal, it's because you come off exactly as one. If you aren't fine. But don't try to pretend your talking points are any less partisan than mine are.

I don't watch CNN and the late nigh comedians I watch credit the sources when they make reference to such. Unlike trump who says "I heard it from a guy." You call me a liberal, does that make you one for agreeing with me? You have on multiple points.
So, don't pretend you aren't one if you say I am one.
My talking points usually have me asking for a person to supply a source for what they say. So far, you have given at least one generalization (say that as "economy") when I have asked for more details. I do have flexibilities but they only show when a person elaborates on what they post.

Was Ivanka subpoenaed?

Where anyone of the people in previous administrations since The Hill started using the internet for such things? No. But you don't hear me crying that the repubs had it out for Hillary. I think you've had some comments about a certain political party using politics in making charges.

Again, if Trump was ordered by the courts to produce e-mails and then he deleted it, would you or wouldn't you be defending him the way you are with Hillary with your mental gymnastics?

Oh, i'll wait to after he leaves office. That indicting a sitting president thing needs to be off the table first. Than we'll see how this question of yours floats.

Yes or no? Really simple.
Patience, little one
