If you look at the video titled taser and cartridge, you can see the taser hit the ground and THEN the officer unholsters his gun to fire at the victim. If the taser was on the ground, what did he have to fear from a running victim? If the victim did not have the taser, what harm was he to someone else?

AbortionLuver has the SADS because her "narrative" is falling apart.

He just finished a 100 yard fight with this guy ... been shot with the taser, apparently, 2 x's, and now Scott was running away with the taser ... one pop and the officer is down and helpless. That's when he started shooting ...The question is what was in the officer's mind.

I'm just saying: If the physical evidence shows Scott shot him and Scott had the taser when he ran, then the officer could reasonably fear for his life....on top of the 100 yard fight Scott had put up.

Sir, you can't fucking shoot a cop! OK? I know you know that.
huh?
thats a mess of words
what are you saying?
Your point is lost in your prolix post
WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?

You aren't the first to take note of his prolific 'prose'.

He says less with more better than anyone I've read.

Considering you brought up that oldie but goodie, I'd worry about your cock before I'd worry about mine. I'm all good. Thanks for worrying though.

It appears word on the street that running from the cops is a pretty successful strategy for NOT being arrested or giving the survivors a good lawsuit.
It might be a good strategy if you can run fast enough to where the officer loses sight of you within a very short distance. It's not a good strategy when you're fifty years of age, over weight, and out of shape and run like you have a 2x4 crammed up your ass like Walter Scott.

It's too bad the officer couldn't sit down and review it with you today.

The wire is stuck to the officer. Not Scott. It doesn't matter what you think.

In more ways than one.

Of course, you overlook that she had a 100 yard fight and scuffle, don't you?

Apparently it did for Martin and Brown as well.

I'm sorry it confuses you when information is inconsistent with your conclusion.

But you are not alone.

It happened with Martin and then with Brown. Then the cigarette man in N.Y. Sometimes the facts don't fit the news media version. Especially the opinions!

If you would go to the links and read the information provided, it might be helpful for you. Even the dispute about the child support warrant.

Further information seems to point to the Scott's family lawyer floating the report of a child support warrant ... although Scott was $17,000 behind in child support .... and may have been afraid of a warrant, since he had already been jailed 3 times for child support nonpayment.

And now there is a "mystery" passenger who was riding in the vehicle Scott was driving at the stop.

Was that too many words?

Here is the short version: More information is being released, and some is not being released ... ala Ferguson.
