Maybe you can shed some light on why a sucker would repeat such an experience if not for quality of service? We can talk freely. The suckers that I attract belong in a tax bracket of hobbyists that don't even shop here so they'll never see our gossip about them.

It takes more skill cook a gourmet meal than to just order from a menu exclusive of not. It tastes so much sweeter to cook it yourself and you get to savor the victory of your accomplishment. As you are learning you may ruin a few dishes, but the important thing is to keep trying.
