I’m making a rare appearance out of the shadows to comment. Tia, it’s NOT about your race. It’s your attitude. You’ve had a few of the very well respected providers attempt to give you solid advice and you’ve attacked them. Calling someone a bare backing whore when she is, indeed, a advertised whore is not “the worst thing” to say. Wishing cancer to reoccur is horrible.

I actually believe you have a Masters degree. Truth is they’re a dime a dozen these days. That doesn’t mean I don’t think it isn’t a great accomplishment. But bragging about your grammar and education but not presenting it well here does you a disservice.

My current ATF has a doctorate and is working on another advanced degree in a related field. She doesn’t post here. She’s on p411. Her rates are mid range because she enjoys what she does and has other income. . She’s mixed (really, not just another black girl trying to pass) She is.racially ambiguous. The way she presents herself makes her extremely popular. She’s curvy as well but not a phat ass just great tits and an hourglass body.

You’d do well to take a page from her playbook. That being, if you’re all that then you don’t need to beg for reviews. She has zero No website. No oddly blurred mouth photos. It just adds to her intrigue and exclusivity. She turns guys down every day. Guys fly her private to meet them. I’m taking her somewhere tomorrow. I’m guessing this is the lifestyle you want as well. She’s been gifted with a car and a condo from clients.

Additionally, her style attracts at least 80% doctors, lawyers, and C suite execs. The other 20% are other professionals - engineers, IT, Oil and gas.

You should touch base with her but I have a feeling you would be defensive about what she’d say to you. Though she’s much more diplomatic that I am. But she’d probably tell you like BW and GP that your rates are better suited for other parts of the country. Instead of trying to change the market in Texas.

TL: DR? In a nutshell, get on p411 and stay away from the bs here. Good luck to you.

Thanks for your feedback. I would love to talk to a lady who is of my likeness. I'll PM you and ask for name if you don't mind. But I highly doubt she was NEVER on this site or another review board. I've noticed many women of color quickly step away from the boards as fast as possible, due to the treatment they receive. It is no coincidence that many of the high-end women of color aren't involved with this board any longer.
I will eventually follow suit but at this time I'm only six months into this heaux career, and this board & gaining reviews is necessary.

I did my fair share of research before jumping into this and set my rates and image accordingly. I haven't needed to ask for much advice.
Half of the problem is: I'm not asking for BW or GP or even Zs advice.
The advice BW has given me was backhanded and came from an ugly place. We all know that.

I have come to the women who I admire and ask them questions if need be. Everyone's experience is their own, but what point do I have in asking a provider for advice if our demographics don't even compare? And I don't understand their need to voluntarily tell me to lower my rates.

You must be very green or living under a rock if you think bb is the "worst thing you can say". That is actually a plus for a lot of hobbyists. Actually, I’m quite familiar with BW and she can be curt and blunt, but her original advice was spot on and I won’t judge you or your past experiences to guess why you read it in the worst light. She’s quite an advocate for the ladies. But you’re entitled to your opinion.

Regarding my friend, I’d be happy to pass along her info privately. But, no, she’s never been on anything but p411. She reads posts here from time to time, but doesn’t ever post and never has. She only sees guys from p411. She also feels reviews and websites advertising a menu are akin to putting s LEO target on her back. She doesn’t need to “build her brand” because she simply IS her “brand.” She’s authentic and true to herself.

She speaks of her education, not to brag, but because it’s a large part of her life. She doesn’t think she has the best body ever but rather understands guys see her because she’s the total package.

I hope you don’t take these comment as criticism but rather as giving you some perspective regarding a provider you seem to aspire to be like who takes the opposite approach.

Houston is a great city, but your rate is steep for someone with such a short tenure on the board.

Lots of "legends" that live here and travel here on regular basis with rates equal too or slightly lower then yours.

If keeping your rate high is important to you, I'd say the east coast would be better for you. NY, Boston, DC, ect.

At the time I didn't realize her perspective on other advertising avenues, I have since learned BW has a more limited view on things. I regularly use other advertising avenues. I had done my research about Houston, rates wise I don't even hold a candle to MANY of the ladies. But I agree it is stiff competition, the Houston ladies I've admired are HOTTTTT.

Perception is part of it all, Tia. On Eros, your rate wouldn't really raise an eyebrow. On Eccie, being new and not well established, your rate would raise an eyebrow. And that would hold true whether you were white, hispanic, asian, aa, mixed or purple.
