Speaking from experience, over 15 years in the hobby, and having met all kinds and all ages of providers, my conclusion is that WHILE THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS (but probably not more than Introuble's 2% observation), the vast majority of better experiences are with providers 30+, and perhaps best in the 35-45 age range. For all the reasons noted in most of the comments here: Less drama/hassle, more reliable, more focused on meeting my needs, better sexual skills, better communication, and most importantly, better able to convey a sense of MUTUAL satisfaction.
