She was under contract to keep herself within the weight limits of a few pounds of her winning title of Ms Universe. She actually voided that contract by gaining 60 lbs (If a "lady" you or someone else has seen gains 60 lbs I'm sure you boys would have a lot of things to say, most not being of a kind hearted nature). He gave her the choice of loosing the weight or walk, I'm sure the previous owners ITT, would not have been as benevolent, they would have most likely let her, after all she was representing their Company.

As far as what is being purported that he said, there is only her word, no one else heard it nor is there any other record of it.
