You're laughably stupid, Sissy Chap. Switzerland is one of the most notoriously racist countries in Europe, Sissy Chap.
The party behind this poster, the Swiss People's Party (German: Schweizerische Volkspartei: "SVP"), is not some fringe party, Sissy Chap. It is the largest single party in Switzerland.

Furthermore, Sissy Chap, the UN still rates the U.S. higher than Canada on its Human Development Index ( HDI: "a composite statistic of life expectancy, education, and income per capita indicators") scale.

^ Racism exists everywhere it's inescapable. At least from what I can tell they're not just randomly killing black motorists on the street like cops in America. America is ok it would be my third or 4th maybe 5th or 6th option but definitely not my first.

and shame on you for implying you don't give a shit about the hilariously low pay of cops and soldiers.

What gives you the right to override the natural forces of supply and demand and decide how much everyone should be paid, Sissy Chap? If cops, teachers and soldiers are "hilariously" underpaid as you claim, then people would shun those occupations and shortages would develop, forcing employers to pay more to fill those jobs. Furthermore, cops, teachers, and firefighters all have strong unions bargaining for higher pay. In many cases these unions "bargain" with fiscally irresponsible dimotard officials eager to give them higher pay/benefits in return for their votes and political contributions. Why do you think we have a huge public pension crisis today, Sissy Chap? Do you think it's fair to ask hard-pressed workers in the private sector to pay higher taxes every year so public-sector unions can receive more? You really don't know what you're talking about when you claim all cops, teachers and firefighters are "hilariously" underpaid. That's your value judgment, not society's, and you have no right to impose your value judgment on what the rest of society collectively agrees, Sissy Chap.

You sound strangely similar to another poster who was a loudmouth like you, who admitted he was a racist, but wanted everyone else to be one also (so he could feel better about his affliction?). He needed, also, to spend more time cleaning golf balls than posting.

You're a clueless old fart. It's a shame to be that old and still not realize what's going on. Listen to me, the biggest danger to capitalism is capitalism. It's a system based on getting back what you earn but value points and thus pay for what you so called "earn" are predetermined by those with the controlling interests. Which essentially means that in the best case you keep what you earn less taxes but if something happens to you and you can't work, it's your fault if you go hungry because you well too bad you were not earning enough based on the predetermined value of the work that determined your pay that was set by the Corporate master. Conversely if you're friends of the Corporate Master / Controlling interest then you get to be CEO and get a $100M dollar windfall profit as the company go under while you're not doing anything of substantive value to increase shareholder profits. This is why the rich should pay more taxes in the base case. In short in a true capitalist society everyone is on their own and left to the mercy of the rich and powerful. Production for profit won't ever deliver long term economic stability.
What is my solution?
It's a socialist alternative. We simply can't afford to leave the economy in the hands of the private sector / big business for their profit coffers. As I previously mentioned soldiers, cops, firemen, educators , private sector workers etc should own and control the wealth they produce. Capitalism will eventually lead to the demise of this country and only democratic socialist planning will solve our issues and deliver a stability to the economy where production is geared to meet people’s needs not just for those at the top.
It's why Hilary and Bernie have a good platform of income equality. I'm not saying everyone should be rich but I am saying (if you're willing to get off your ass and work) no one should go broke or be living in poverty either.

You are a clueless and pathetically ignorant socialist dupe, Sissy Chap. What is truly hilarious is seeing how you make fun of others in this forum for believing in foolish wild-eyed CONSPIRACY THEORIES, then watching as you turn around and go all-in on the ludicrous idea that everyone's pay is "predetermined" by "Corporate Masters" lol!
Does that include all those sports superstars you mentioned earlier, Sissy Chap? Do they humbly bow to their "Corporate Masters" whenever contract time rolls around? Do they quietly accept their "predetermined" new salaries? Maybe you should tell Jerry McGuire how that works.
When you are finished reading Das Kapital, Sissy Chap, you might also take a moment to click on the link below and reflect on some numbers that are highly relevant to this thread. Every one of those poor, underpaid cops, teachers and firemen squeaking by on a measly "predetermined" salary of $40k a year is a member of the top 1% of all income earners globally. That's right, Sissy Chap, it's all relative. So if you truly believe in your socialist fantasies, why don't you propose as your "solution" to the inequities of capitalism a drastic increase in taxes on everyone in the US who earns more than the global median of $1,225 a year? Then you can redistribute the proceeds to the rest of the world, whose workers are forced to settle for wages (predetermined by their Corporate Masters, lol) that are far below ours.

Do they quietly accept their "predetermined" new salaries? Maybe you should tell Jerry McGuire how that works. Your ignorance knows no bounds and yes in many sports vis-a-vis internal collaboration; market and cap prices for player salaries is colluded on although it happens less due to today's collective bargaining agreements. But make no mistake it still happens.
When you are finished reading Das Kapital, Sissy Chap, you might also reflect on some numbers that are very relevant to this thread. Every one of those poor, underpaid cops, teachers and firemen squeaking by on a measly "predetermined" salary of $40k a year is a member of the top 1% of all income earners globally. Globally? Really? Now you're shifting goal posts midstream. This thread is about America don't try to muddy the waters with global non quantifiable metrics pertaining to salaries, don't pivot on me because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You can try that weak shit with someone else but not on me you better have your fucking game tight when responding to me. That's right, Sissy Chap, it's all relative. We're talking about America's economic system and you're trying to mix it in with a hodge-podge of various forms of economic / political systems that exist globally. Wow!!! You're an even bigger dipshit than I thought. No Really you are and you would have us believe you're some kind of educated baron. I don't care about global median incomes I care about US median incomes as it relates to inflation here in the US. Also economies of scale are often achieved in large measure by offshoring to poorer countries where you get more value for the US $. Come back to earth Looney-Lad and yes Markets are manipulated daily are you this dense do you really not know this is happening?
Good god man go educate yourself (by Googling various types of market manipulations) and take advantage of being white before it's too late.

Better have plans to install your own water fountain, Sissy Chap. Of course you could move to Ethiopia where you could probably share a water fountain, Sissy Chap, if you can find one that dispenses clean water.

Oh, my! You're sooo persuasive today, Sissy Chap! No need to prove your silly little conspiracy theory, just insist it's “patently true”! Ok, call me a few more names and I'll be convinced, lol! Who was your high school debate coach?

Your ignorance knows no bounds and yes in many sports vis-a-vis internal collaboration; market and cap prices for player salaries is colluded on although it happens less due to today's collective bargaining agreements. But make no mistake it still happens. So Jerry McGuire doesn't negotiate on behalf of his player-clients, but he “collaborates” and “colludes” with team owners? Have you told him that to his face? The fact that player salaries are governed by ANY collective bargaining agreements at all blows up your silly theory that everything is “predetermined” by “Corporate Masters”, Sissy Chap. And you're calling me ignorant? LOL!

And the metrics are very quantifiable. Did you read the link? That's right, Sissy Chap, it's all relative. So if you truly believe in your socialist fantasies, why don't you propose as your "solution" to the inequities of capitalism a drastic increase in taxes on everyone in the US who earns more than the global median of $1,225 a year in order to redistribute the proceeds to the rest of the world, whose workers are forced to settle for "predetermined" wages far below ours? - Again what kind of dipshit are you. The kind that makes you rant and rave and melt down hysterically. We're talking about America's economic system and you're trying to mix it in with a hodge-podge of various forms of economic / political systems that exist globally. No, we're talking about what makes America great vis-a-vis the rest of the world. Didn't you just tell us everything is better in Canada and Switzerland? Wow!!! You're an even bigger dipshit than I thought. No Really you are and you would have us believe you're some kind of educated baron. Educated, yes. A baron, I don't think so. I don't care about global median incomes I care about US median incomes as it relates to inflation here in the US. Oh, dear! You don't care about the rest of the world? I'm so disappointed, Sissy Chap! I thought you libtards were chock-full of empathy for the less fortunate of the world! If you're a true socialist, you don't stop proselytizing at our borders, goofball. What's good for the goose (the USA) is good for the gander (the rest of the world). Oh, and who said anything about inflation? Also economies of scale are often achieved in large measure by offshoring to poorer countries where you get more value for the US $. Now I know you're just another buzzword bozo who never studied economics. “Economies of scale” is a very specific term that describes how per-unit costs decline as output increases. It has little if anything to do with offshoring to poor countries. Come back to earth Looney-Lad and yes Markets are manipulated daily are you this dense do you really not know this is happening? Who said markets are never manipulated? Not me. You're the idiot who thinks labor market outcomes are “predetermined” by “Corporate Masters”. And “predetermined” is far stronger than merely “manipulated”! You're just a dumbass socialist who doesn't choose words carefully because you have no idea what you're talking about.
Good god man go educate yourself (by Googling various types of market manipulations) and take advantage of being white before it's too late. Thank you for demonstrating your complete lack of education when it comes to economics. I'm sorry to see you have such a huge chip on your shoulder. A while ago in this thread you boasted “I'm an asset to this country it can ill afford to lose”. If that's true, you must have some “advantages” to offer beyond your skin color, even if they obviously don't include logic or rational thinking.

^ I see your idiocy is firmly entrenched and I'm violating every rule I've ever been taught with regards to arguing with idiots like you; which is to never argue with stupid people as they will only drag you down and beat you with stupidity. So my bad. However, I will add a few points.
1.) You interjected global median incomes for no reason other than having no solid rebuttal and still haven't given a good reason for why you did it. Just because I specifically mentioned Canada and Swiss was NOT a reason at all for your dumb-ass to talk about global median incomes that would include ~all 200 counties in this world under various governments and economic systems. Are you really this stupid to not understand what you did makes NO sense? (don't answer that I already know the answer)
2.) You knew nothing of collective bargaining until I mentioned it for you. You're a clueless old fart
3.) The Economies of scale at a macro level is about Cost, efficiency, productivity. You stated the following:
Quote:
redistribute the proceeds to the rest of the world, whose workers are forced to settle for "predetermined" wages far below ours
|
My use of the EOS example at a Macro level is clearly meant to show the existing overall value / benefit of US currency to foreign workers / entities outside of US borders as an example to your silly argument of a.) global median incomes and b.) proceeds redistribution as it's already happening through the process of US corporations offshoring where they achieve EOS and the local workforce receives the value or monetary benefit . You're too old to keep up I see and if you don't understand it's because your original point was stupid to begin with.
4.) You said Markets aren't manipulated and now you're back tracking like the sniveling little Trump like weasel that you are. LOL
Carry on Looney Lad.

.. especially when you are losing the "argument" and the only way you can possibly redeem yourself is to be dismissive and marginalize those to whom you a losing the intellectual struggle.
A problem with that tactic is it only works with insecure people.
