The second item is this, I've noticed that you seem to know who has been banned and for how long, isn't this between those doing the banning and the person who got banned? If I got banned it had better be between myself and the moderators and not anybody else.

OP, recently I came across a provider who piqued my interest, but she had no reviews. I got in touch, we played back and forth and only when she popped up on P411 I scheduled and went in. I'm glad I took that chance and it paid off for me in this case, but I think I was lucky and as a rule I wait for a few reviews from mongers whose opinion I trust.

The provider was Nicole Ferreira and she was also recently breifly banned for outing. That seemed out of character from the chick I met. During one of our subsequent get togethers she explained things and I actually believed her. There is no such thing as karma. The members here who want to out me are different than those that actually do, just like people who wish someone else were dead, but rarely actually kill them. The people who hate me, and wish me outed to the world are irrational, but fairly populous, because they have no control over their own reality, let alone the reality of the interwebs. The people who actually have outed me are not irrational, like murders, they're fundamentally damaged, and a danger to themselves and anyone else they encounter.

That's what makes review counts irrelevant. Most people have no idea what it's going to take to make them snap...and review after review may show them to be perfectly rational, but when they snap, it's our obligation to remember...and warn those who don't know.

It's pretty easy to find out if someone has been banned...they have the title BANNED under their name while they're banned...it's also very easy to demonstrate the banning after the fact by showing the posting gap, which will correspond to the standard ban lengths for certain offenses...

The fact that you're banned is not between you and the us...the reason you got banned is between you and the us. However, the reason for the banning is open to experimental discovery by all sorts of external evidence that is outside the control of you or the us. Paramount among that evidence is when the infraction takes place toward another individual, who is then privy to almost everything that happens, and is under no obligation to keep what they know a secret...within the forum guidelines, of course...
