+1 for the butter on the PB side.

+2 for butter on a grilled cheese sammy and more butter on the skillet. Plus it has to have a minimum of 3 slices of cheese. Maybe even a little mustard.

then mustard only if you put some shaved ham in the grilled cheese.

But then.... it is technically no longer just a grilled cheese sandwich. Now you have entered the "melt" category of sammy's. That sir, is a whole new ball game!

Agreed it is really nice to have a really good & satisfying bite that didn't take an hr or longer to make
