The original interrogaters, per Comey, said Flynn didn't lie, and so far, the FBI has refused to produce the original 302s proving that he lied. It's a trumped up charge tainted by illegal surveillance and illegal unmasking of an American citizen.

They didn’t write the 302s until months after the interview. Which is against FBI protocol. WTF seems fixated on destroying Flynn. The FBI broke far more laws when it comes to Flynn, like unmasking him. That’s a felony.
