You're embarrassing yourself. Yep, a year before when the housing bubble popped. Bush brought in TARP along with Obama before he took office. Then a couple more TARPs along with 8 years of free money. Yeah, I remember all those "shovel ready" jobs Obama didn't create that he said he created.
