BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT!
Let's see. Numbers don't lie, unless you don't like them.
Records don't lie. Unless you disagree with what they indicate.
Unlike those two, you never stop lying IBIdiot. Keep making excuses for reality. Every time you do, you slip that much deeper into the abyss and closer to analysis (if you're not there, you should be ... yours is an unhealthy attraction to your own feces!)
Carry on, whiners, excuse makers, anti-American poster children.

Those are Odumbo's numbers, you lying, hypocritical, racist, cum-gobbling golem fucktard, HDDB, DEM. And Odumbo is a proven liar, you lying, hypocritical, racist, cum-gobbling golem fucktard, HDDB, DEM; hence, you and your ilk are demonstrating how really ignorant you are when you accept and regurgitate those numbers .

You are a proven liar, IBIdiot. Again and again. Your assault on anything on factual grounds is laughable at very least. Other words spring to mind, like hypocritical, nonsensical, ignorant, stupid.
Why should anybody believe ANYTHING you say?
I believe the government's numbers. You will say you don't even if you do. But the law is in force. People are signing up and jerkoffs like you and your ILK are holding your collective breath until you are BLEW in the face.
(Insert repetitive insult here, bla bla bla)

You, you lying, hypocritical, racist, cum-gobbling golem fucktard, HDDB, DEM, your paramour, Odumbo, and every other dim-retard that's touting those numbers that Odumbo, et al, published regarding new Odumbocare -- previously uninsured -- enrollees by the deadline are unequivocal liars.
RAND "estimates that 'the vast majority of these people were previously insured.'"

It did not grandfather anyone or very few because the health insurance companies did not follow the grandfather rules, they sent out the cancellation letters instead. Yes, all new policies are to have the 10 minimum benefits. Old policies could have been kept under the grandfather rules.
2. The ACA does not dictate which doctors are kept in a particular heath insurance companies NETWORK. The health insurance company decides which doctors it keeps in its NETWORK. Odumbocare did dictate that there would be an increase in cost for these patients.
There is an increase in benefits too. You have every preventive procedure that is covered. Mammagrams for women, PSA test for men, CAT Scan, Nuclear Magnetic Reasonance (NMR). Chest X-Ray. Blood tests, Red blood cell count, White Blood cell count, Cholesterol, Glucose(sugar), Triglycerides(fat), Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Cardiac Enzymes, Liver Enzymes, any other blood test you can think of is covered.
3. Your guy Paul Ryan wants to cut every single entitlement and INCREASE military spending. Paul Ryan didn't cram Odumbocare through Congress, Flighty.
Congress had an up / down vote just like any other Bill and the ACA passed.
4. You want to solve the issue with the Medicare? Increase the FICA TAX. So that's your back-handed way of admitting Odumbocare fucked-up healthcare coverage for millions of Americans, Flighty, after Odumbo lied and promised there would be no increase in costs; after Odumbo lied and promised you can keep your doctor; after Odumbo lied and promised you could keep your health insurance plan?
Everyone needs health insurance not just people over 65. It lowered there benefit it did not take the entire benefit away.
5. The individual market old system did not work. That is why we have 40 million who are uninsured ( it would be 50 if you include illegal immigrants). The health insurance companies were not going to insure high risk people in the individual "Free" market. See table 3 in the link below for the number of uninsured people. All of that was "supposed" to happen without any increase in costs and without disruption of service and providers for the Americans who had healthcare, Flighty.
6. The republicans have no alternative plan, other than let the uninsured remain uninsured. Many are still uninsured, Flighty.
The CBO projects that by 2017 93 per cent of all citizens under 65 will have coverage (employer based, exchanges/ 1-800 number, expanded Medicaid) The CBO projected that 8 million will be insured in the exchanges in 2014 not 40 million. See table 3 in the link below which has the CBO projections made in 2012.
7. If you had an alternative plan, you should have sent it to the committee that was chaired by Senator Baucus. That's nothing but deflection, Flighty.
Do you have an alternative plan, other than just don't get sick?
8. The ACA is moving forward and that is a good thing. It's an abomination, and it will collapse under its own weight, Flighty. .
We'll see. The ACA will be around in 2015.

Now, flighty, why don't you acknowledge Medicare is not the same as a private insurance plan, and Odumbocare didn't "grandfather" anyone. Odumbo, et al, enacted a law with pre-planned measures to change Medicare coverage, and that change is likely to require people on a fixed income to go to other doctors and clinics for healthcare. Odumbo, et al, lied, flighty! People on Medicare are going to incur higher costs; people on Medicare are going to lose their doctors, and people on Medicare are going to lose their places for treatment, flighty. BTW, these people required no "alternate" plan, flighty.

Keep squeaking little liar. Words like "estimates" and "liars" and "anythingelseyouwrite" indicate you're incapable of handling the truth. Keep skirting the issue, deflecting, dodging and lying.
Nobody believes your bullshit anyway.
We just like watching you spew.

Sebelius was forced out because she did not communicate to her boss that the Website had severe problems before going live on Oct 1,2013. She should have communicated to President Obama that there were severe problems in system test with the Website. She should have recommended that they delay the rollout until the severe problems were fixed. Have you noticed all of the bad press that has been generated with the botched rollout of the Website? She did not write the code, CGI who was hired by Bush did that. The decision to go live with all of the problems was a poor one.

COF, the nutty professor, CGI was hired by the Bush Administration in 2007 to do programming for Medicare. In 2010 they were allowed to submit a bid for similar work on HealthCare.Gov. They got the bid and were the main contractor for the HealthCare.gov website. They were replaced by Accenture March 2014. It's not the fault of Bush that CGI did a bad job with HealthCare.gov, but his administration did hire them. You are the ignorant one. You keep voting for Ron Paul and see how that works out for you. How many delegates did he get in the 2012 Republican primaries? Was it 66?

.... For future discussions... when you reference "Bush Administration" do you include the entire Executive Branch of the U.S. Government, or do you mean specifically those persons within the administrative staff of the President and Vice-President of the United States?
.... This is not a "trick question" at all.
It is for the purpose of assuring that in future discussions, particularly in the ramp up to 2016 "we" are comparing apples with apples ...
To clarify and "fact check" ... CGI was "certified" in 2007 as a contractor, along with many others, who was "eligible" to participate in upgrading IT systems ... software ...
Being hired to "sweep floors" and "clean up trash" does not qualify one to construct skyscrapers ...
One has to be naive of the highest order if one believes that a classmate/alumni association with the First Lady plays no role in being selected for a $200 million contract.
Michelle's classmate worked for CGI at the time made a number of visits to the White House ....
CGI had a shabby history in Canada .... in the medical field for IT work.

LL, CGI was on site two years before Obama took office. They were hired in 2007 by the Bush administration, despite as you say having a shabby history in Canada. They were putting in bids on contracts long before Obama was elected. They did not have to go through a full procurement process. From the link below.
CGI Federal's winning bid stretches back to 2007, when it was one of 16 companies to get certified on a $4 billion " indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity" contract for upgrading Medicare and Medicaid's systems. Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts — GWACs, as they're affectionately known — allow agencies to issue task orders to pre-vetted companies without going through the full procurement process, but also tend to lock out companies that didn't get on the bandwagon originally. According to USASpending.gov, CGI Federal got a total of $678 million for various services under the contract — including the $93.7 million Healthcare.gov job, which CGI Federal won over three other companies in late 2011.
It's also true that CGI Federal began lobbying as it started winning government work. According to OpenSecrets.org, it has spent $800,000 since 2006 lobbying on several different tax and appropriations bills. That's nothing, though, compared to the many millions of dollars deployed by heavy hitters like Lockheed Martin and Raytheon.*
