Joining a gang bang group or having a gang-bang consultant may help ease any awkwardness and help write a plan for activities.

Talking about it at the social is good, and I encourage you to talk about a party that serves the interests of those attending, not a party for everyone. That's to say, we have diverse enough interest that several parties may be in order, so that different desires may be met. If we are to have a test run with our group, tailor it to the providers interested. A success now will pay dividends for future parties.

this is hard to do like this in a community you really need someone to run it but given how strict the local police are in the US around this stuff is very difficult.

In London they have a number of party style events that is sort of what this is all about. I have been the following many times:

They have 2 hour parties, for about $300, 7 girls no more than 14 guys. 2:1. I have never seen that ratio its usually 10-12 to 7 so 80% of the time you are 1 on 1 sometimes more as people go and rest in between pops.

This would not totally be my thing, but would still like to offer a suggestion... as for location, i know a few hotels here in Austin that have 2 bedrooms with a nice size living room and kitchen. Pretty decent priced as well. Maybe do a pot luck dinner, then go from there. I think if you were to do a cover charge at door, the guys would need to know what girls will be there... that way they dont walk in and dont see anyone they were interested in and are out the money. Sounds like a lot of fun though... just not something i think i could do yet! Good Luck with it
