Think about this. Once you let her move her stuff inside you can not change your mind and just ask her to leave. You must file with the courts and get a judge to file a court order of eviction. Also if your stuff goes missing there is very little you can do other than civil court.

Absolutely the law states that once a person starts receiving mail at your address and has been there for 30 to 60 days they have established residency and therefore has to be legally evicted. They do not have to have a rental lease in place in order for them to be able to stay, most ppl don’t know this because most ppl don’t know the law.
