Well then, you should be able to answer the question I posed to you in another thread:

Because "all polls are meaningless"??

Please call them immediately and let them know they are wasting their money!

It's not their money. They don't care how they spend it. They need to throw their bases red meat from time to time to keep them interested. That's all polls are. Completely meaningless, in the big picture. Only elections matter. Only elections have consequences. Polls never have consequences.

So if people don't bother voting because the polls show a political candidate is way ahead/way behind in a race, is that not a "consequence"?
Give it up, tommy. Karl Rove you ain't.

As anyone active in politics will tell you, polls have BUCKETLOADS of consequences.

Empty suits like Joe Biden follow them religiously and shape/adjust their policies accordingly.

Polls are not good at predicting outcomes per se, but they may induce a change of perception or lead / incite an audience to vote or change course if they feel they are losing on a matter, or a principle. Hence many polls are used more to gaslight vs predict behavior.

In other words a poll does not predict future behavior in today's political climate ,it tries to change it.

Lol. The only way they are "done correctly" is if they end up being correct - hindsight being 20/20.

They are predictions and nothing more. Some end up being right, some end up being wrong. They could all be conducted in the exact same manner and you'd still have mixed results.
