It did not say how many have paid their first month premium. Some health insurance companies have pushed out the due date for the first premium to 1/30/14. The goal is 6 million NEW privately insured individuals who did NOT have a privately issued policy last year.

You keep purposely ignoring the point that last year these individuals did not have private policies last year. That's they only way you are going to get your latest "goals."
