- In a New Jersey special election, nearly 20 percent of the ballots were thrown out, and four people are being prosecuted for fraud.
- In a Florida primary, more than 35,000 mail-in ballots were rejected, and over 100,000 ballots were rejected in California.

- Reports in Wisconsin of three trays of mail containing absentee ballots were found in a ditch.
- In North Carolina, voters reported receiving two ballots in the mail.
As a side bet, we can bet on which of them Chung hits the sheets with, though we all know Ihlar is the front runner there, hands down, worms up..

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard says Project Veritas Omar Video Shows ‘need to ban ballot harvesting’
Jennie Taer
Sep 29, 2020
Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-HI, cited on Twitter Tuesday a new video from Project Veritas as “further evidence of the need to ban ballot harvesting,” adding that the issue shouldn’t be partisan.
As reported by Sara A. Carter, Project Veritas dropped a video Monday showing a ballot harvester allegedly associated with Rep. Ilhan Omar’s, R-MN, reelection campaign buying a voter’s absentee ballot.
“We don’t care illegal,” the harvester could be heard saying in the undercover video. “We are taking the money and we’ll vote for you. Project Veritas offers further evidence of the need to ban ballot harvesting. It's not a partisan issue. It's been abused to help both R & D candidates, including in North Carolina & California. Please help by telling your congressional rep to pass our bipartisan bill HR8285. https://t.co/AJequVVrzc
— Tulsi Gabbard (@TulsiGabbard) September 29, 2020 Earlier this month, Gabbard warned voters of the potential dangers posed by ballot harvesting and she introduced House Resolution 8285 to address the issue.
The amendment to the Help America Vote Act of 2002 seeks “to prohibit payments under such Act to States which permit ballot harvesting, and for other purposes.”
“This is a system that allows for third parties to collect and deliver ballots for other people, potentially large numbers of people,” Gabbard said earlier informed voters. “Unfortunately, ballot harvesting has allowed for fraud and abuse to occur by those who could tamper with or discard ballots to try to sway an election for or against a certain candidate or party.”
She continued, “Our vote is our voice. So whether in the midst of a pandemic as we are now where mail in voting is likely to drastically increase or even in a normal election, no one, no one, should get in between a voter and the ballot box.”

Was talking with a retired Marine, friend of the family, that lives in NJ the other day about the voting process (fuggery) there. Apparently, it is unsolicited ballots sent to registered voters, with prepaid return postage for the return ballot. Many people there have decided to place their own postage on the return envelope so it gets treated as first class mail versus bulk. (Not sure if you know that some of the ballots found dumped was sorted by machine selectively, before being dumped) Also, there are supposedly monitored drop-boxes in select locations - which many feel are even safer because they have 3 people (1-Demoonicrat, 1 Republican 1- Independent) monitoring. But get this last part! If you decide to go vote in person - it is treated as a provisional ballot and may or may not be counted and no one is really sure under which conditions they may or may not count them.
