He can do what he does within the confines of the law. Right, wrong or indifferent.
If we dig into the ethical / moral implications... if he wouldn't be comfortable if his grandmother, mother, friends and pastor read what he's writing in the newspaper tomorrow morning, then that says a lot.
His choices. His consequences. His conscience.
And others are free to judge accordingly

I agree, other than the legal portion, which I feel shouldn’t exist. Personally, I wouldn’t use a business who I knew was racist, nor would anyone else I know. People can (should be able to) do what they want, the market will sort it out.

If you believe in god or evolution, shouldn't we all be entitled to reparations.
Concerning so-called secretaries, if I'm not mistaken that term is no longer used, the woke crew will get you if you use at work today. Now most are team members.
I've had five different people who I considered females but female is no longer vogue, that reported to me for so-called office work.
Two was fairly hot the other three not hot at all one was Mennonite. I'd take the Mennonite person over all the rest. She did what needed done and never had any personnel issues or was unhappy. All the other so-called women was typically unhappy.
The person that does my team work now feels she is over worked, should have been promoted and is my supervisor. I honestly watch every thing a say to and around her.
I rarely talk with her I try to keep any contact with her by email. Her office is next to me.

Actually, I’d pick the most competent administrative assistant. Regardless of looks or race. You don’t shit where you eat. After all, if you need to get a nut, call a hooker. That’s why they’re there.

I would say in business, experience and wisdom are far more valuable than youth and looks. In athletics, Prolly the other way around. But not in all cases. Experience and knowledge are invaluable.
