Maybe if the dim-retards had handed over their DNC server for FBI inspection instead of withholding it, the investigation into Russian hacking (which started in July 2016) could have gained traction, MT Pockface.

The Dept. of Homeland Security and the DNI did issue a statement on October 7 (a full month before Election Day) accusing the Russians of meddling.

Plus James Comey offered to publish an op-ed in the New York Times about the Russian interference prior to the election, but Obama and the DOJ wouldn't let him.
