I post here to keep politics off real life social media. It is my outlet, many of my friends are staunch trumptards, I've had to block a lot of them cause they are just plain paranoid conspiracists. A lot of what they post mirrors the extreme right nut job bullshit constantly posted here.

Not saying we might go back someday for some reason. But our 20 year operation is largely over, except for CIA and intelligence operations. Most likely will have drone surveillance for some time. Probably will pick off some assets left behind when the opportunity arises.... Republicans in Congress hate that the war is over, war is good for military hardware manufacturing.
