But we are asking that the girls are not required to post because they might be offering such a great deal that they want to keep it private. Good question and one that should have been answered by the OP but it is my understanding he is out of town on business, so I will try to answer on his behalf, subject to his correction.

The Lotto drawing 2/13 will determine the winner. If Motocrossman39 is the winner he already will have the funds in his possession and can have his dream date whenever. If someone else wins it will take a couple of days or so to get the winnings in his hands.

The weekend after the NBA All Star Game seems like the earliest possible time for this encounter to take place.

Based on that timing scenario it seems that 2/12 or 2/13 should be the cutoff date. The winner can start contacting the ladies as soon as his ball drops and he gets the offer info from Travelling_Man.

To the 40 hobbyists who are signed up for this initial raffle, I would encourage you to contact ladies you have seen who are not on the list, or ladies you haven't seen who you would like to see on the list if you win. There's still plenty of time to grow and expand the list.

I have received quite a few PMs from the ladies with their offer for the winner, but I still do not have responses from everyone. As FWOG said - we will keep accepting volunteers for the prize up until the time of the drawing which is based on how quickly all the gents entering turn in their money, but the expectation is 2/13. A couple of days before I will post a full list of all ladies that have turned in their offers to me so if you name is not on the list when I post it you will need to hurry and get your info turned in.
