Empathy is recognition of people's struggles and problems as they perceive them.Sympathy is feeling sorry for them about it which people of color do not ask for.

All they ask is don't kick them in the teeth or choke them to death or shoot them in the street.

We are not in the 1960's around here in Dallas.

The Mayor, the DA, the Police Chief, and the Sheriff is black.

So how fucking white centric is it these days?

I am not ashamed to be white and I have no guilt for the past other than a recognition that Slavery and Jim Crow are something of a blight on our heritage.

My part in things before is nothing.I am innocent of that.

Any part I may have today is governed by whether I harbor any prejudices or stereotypical thoughts or behaviors towards Blacks which are ill conceived.

In the parlance of my day "I try to cut them a little slack".

It's still white-centric to some.There is a feeling that people should accomodate to what is white accepted.

Let me give you a quick tutorial how my firm treats offshore employees. They are in India. They have their managers there. Their managers report to the Sr. Managers here in the states. Those Sr. managers report to me. I haven't been a fucking manager in more than a decade. Do you understand that simple org structure or is that too hard for you to comprehend? If so, tough shit because it's not that complicated.

was channel surfing earlier today and some game was on, don't recall who was even playing but i tuned in just long enough to see Black Looters Murdering written on the court. laughed and immediately changed the channel.
