Then.. why didn't they do that back in 1993 when the RFRA law was passed by a Bi-Partisan Congress and signed by Bill Clinton? Because that's what SCOTUS ruled, is that the RFRA law overrides the ACA as far as abortion-causing drugs not being paid for by the employer.
