Fact Sheet U.S.C. Title 10, Title 22, and Title 50
The U.S.C. is expansive, intricate, and dynamic: laws are frequently reviewed, amended, or repealed as their necessity or interpretation is influenced by specific events. The result is a dense tome of legislation that is challenging to analyze. For this reason, the American Security Project has produced a brief examination of the three titles that govern US National Security and guide US foreign relations.
You can download the fact sheet here, or read it below:
U.S.C. Title 10, Title 22, And Title 50

Do you think a hostile foreign nation using cyberwarfare to interfere in American democratic processes during the 2016 General Election is a problem?
|
its not really a concern... none of our election apparatus (voting machines) is hooked to the internet. one should caution the database isn't compromised. I understand that some state election database is hooked to the internet. a couple were hacked or so I hear.
as far as proxy electioneering goes, it is not a concern either.
U.S. under Obama/Clinton tried to interfere in Russian's election with their election funded protest wave. also tried to interfere in Israels election in an effort to knock out pm bibi netanyu.
I do think russia's proxy electioneering was payback for U.S's interference in russia's election.
we do it to them, they do it to us. its a stupid game.
the only way to end this is by treaty.

"Yanks to the Rescue!"
Some people have short memories. Or selective memories. Or no memories.
Back in 1996 we were instrumental in helping Boris Yeltsin win re-election in Russia. Slick Willy approved of the whole thing. And Time Magazine BRAGGED about it on the cover!
Here... read the entire article and learn! And maybe show a little historical perspective for a change!

Then what good is a subpoena if Meuller and Mcgahn get to ignore the invitation?

By who, Sean Hannity. The Seth Rich conspiracy is being exposed as Russian military propaganda which millions swallowed hook, line and sinker. Anyone who believed that crap now will know the truth.
Mueller will be there, get the crying towel ready.

Ask Nadler. He was instrumental in passing the new statutes concerning a special prosecutor after Clinton’s fiasco. It states that a special councils report can only be released to the AG. And nobody else. Barr said he would support Mueller if he chooses not to testify.

Correct me if I'm wrong, and I know you will, but isn't there some semantic argument over Special Counsel AND Special Prosecutor?
I'm going to tune out of the surreal Washington same-old same-old.
I'll be too busy for the next twenty-four hours binging the first two seasons of that show nobody watches. It's so delightfully bawdy.

Ken Starr was an INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR, the new term is Special Counsel or prosecutor. That being said, the new statute, which Nadler fought for, says the Special Whatever is only obligated to give his report to the AG. None of it had to be public. Dems da rules now. But Barr was pummeled for being as transparent as he was. What will GoNadler do if Mueller stiffs him? Mueller knows he’s on shaky grounds. He doesn’t want to embarrass himself even more.
But hey, you’re an expert on googling corny memes. Google the statute for yourself. I’m not going to do it for you.
