Default Brett Favre's job was to win. Not mentor Rodgers.

Do you even know sports history?

That's just what Favre said when he lost his job to Rodgers. What do you expect him to say? You know he was pissed. Who would not be?

The Packers are known to groom their own quarterbacks.

If you read the whole article, it acknowledges Favre's role was as a mentor. Which is basically what I said.

The one bright spot on offense is that Alfred Blue had over 100 yards rushing.

Lance on ESPN radio this morning said the Texans see looking to replace BoB with Marvin Lewis from the Bengals. Heaven help us all of that is true. Shows McNair has no clue and Teflon Rick could be GM for Life

John McClain, a Houston Chronicle Sportswriter, answered questions from Texans fans and said he thinks Texans will keep three quarterbacks on the roster next year, with one veteran backup Q.B., and it will not be Savage or Yates. I hope he is right.

Let me get this straight. Your owner wants to replace your .500 win coach that is .333 (1-2) in the playoffs, with another .500 win coach that is .000 (0-7) in the playoffs?

Also you want to keep your 10yr GM? The only GM with that much tenure in the league who hasn't reached a conference championship game.

If this happens your team deserves everybit of ridicule thrust upon them.

Ian Raporopurt reports that if Arizona's coach Bruce Arians does not return next year, then BoB might be a target for the team if he is available.

So, after leading 13-7, the Texans snatch defeat from the jaws of victory again, 22-13, finishing with a stellar 4-12 (0.250) record and 6 straight losses. I don't know if it was injuries, coaching, clueless GM, lack of an offensive line, or all of them combined. I was expecting so much more this season. Oh, well. Go Rockets, go Astros!
