Brown will hide the stain of your disappointment ... suggest that while you're at Walmart you should get a fresh can of Glade to cover the smell, though.

On the issue of obstruction, the Mueller report, which was released in redacted form on April 18, “found multiple acts by the President that were capable of exerting undue influence over law enforcement investigations, including the Russian-interference and obstruction investigations.” But the report said it could not make a “traditional prosecutorial judgment,” because the department’s Office of Legal Counsel had issued an opinion that states an “indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President” would be unconstitutional.

“Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct,” the Mueller report said. “The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state.”
so you expect Mueller to claim this when he speaks ..

“indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President” would be unconstitutional.

he's told Barr multiple times that was not a factor. when he states this PUBLICLY arya gonna call him a LIAR??

you are talking yourself into a corner, sport.

mueller shouldn't been the IC.

apparently there's bad blood between mueller and trump. He used to golf at one of the Trump's golf fields. something about a membership dispute.

President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly accused special counsel Robert Mueller of conducting a "witch hunt" against him, ratcheted up his attacks on Wednesday, alleging without evidence that Mueller had committed a crime by having "terminated" texts between FBI officials who privately derided him.

During an interview with Fox Business Network, Trump claimed the public had not seen some communications between former FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page "because Mueller terminated them illegally. He terminated the emails, he terminated all the stuff between Strzok and Page."

"And that's illegal," he said. "That's a crime."

But a December report from the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General on the recovery of texts messages from Strzok and Page's devices did not determine that any crime had been committed, nor did it mention that Mueller was in any way involved in the loss of any exchanges between them.

So now the fat lying bastard is claiming Mueller committed a felony!
Handjob Hannity and the rest of the right wing carnival barkers will have this lie molded into a deep state conspiracy theory in time for Fox and Fiends.

So you fantasize that Mueller didn't do what he is accusing Trump of doing: "obstructing justice"?

Per Barr's memo, Mueller is guilty of "obstruction" by Mueller and Weissmann's definition of "obstruction" -- they actually destroyed evidence needed for an investigation.

So the only proof you need is the lies of co conspirators? Two fat lying bastards that have zero credibility claiming a patriot of this country is lying and somehow involved with the Deep State, the trump party runs in circles, shits and shouts it’s a deep state coup. Completely ignoring the fact their Country was attacked by Russian military agents because of their devoted loyalty to their party. The trump party.

Correct. Mueller is also guilty of "torture." He ordered people put in solitary confinement against their will and without proper charge.

INTRODUCTION TO VOLUME II
This report is submitted to the Attorney General pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.8(c), which states that, "[a]t the conclusion ofthe Special Counsel's work, he ... shall provide the Attorney General a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions [the Special Counsel] reached."

Beginning in 2017, the President of the United States took a variety of actions towards the ongoing FBI investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election and related matters that raised questions about whether he had obstructed justice. The Order appointing the Special Counsel gave this Office jurisdiction to investigate matters that arose directly from the FBI's Russia investigation, including whether the President had obstructed justice in connection with Russia-related investigations. The Special Counsel's jurisdiction also covered potentially obstructive acts related to the Special Counsel's investigation itself. This Volume of our report summarizes our obstruction-of-justice investigation of the President.

The Mueller report is available to anyone who wants to do some homework before Mueller's testimony. The ratings will be tremendous and the self proclaimed stable genius likes ratings

Mueller has to do some cramming. He didn’t write the report and doesn’t know what’s in it. Come 7/17, he’ll kick himself for accepting the job. He’s going to get hammered by both sides.

Weissmann's previous record in court has established that he is the liar. Barr's previous record in this country's service further establishes that your mischaracterization of him is the lie. Barr's memo on obstruction details exactly how Mueller and Weissmann's notion of "obstruction" is bogus and will not hold up in court. Care to let the Supreme Court rule on whether it is Weissmann or Barr who has the Constitutionally correct interpretation? You'll lose, just like you did in 2016, and just like you did when Mueller released his pamphlet of lies, innuendo and slander and no indictments against Trump.

Flynn's new lawyer has told the prosecutors to cough up the evidence they withheld: just like Judge Sullivan ordered them to do -- but didn't do -- months ago.

Stone is challenging the IC to produce substantive evidence that the FBI actually examined the DNC's servers where the "crime" is said to have occurred. Comey testified that that never happened.

Here in the real world she committed Flynn to his plea agreement and requested a 60 day extension to review the files. She has to get a security clearance before she will be allowed access. I suspect the files contain counter intelligence information that was being gathered on Flynn before he pledged his soul to the Orange one. But at no time did Flynn’s lawyer demand a fucking thing, she did what she was told to do by Flynn.
