I consider a review special a negative thing for a lady to offer. If somebody's going to devalue their time to have a customer speak well about them, then the standard rate is certainly inflated. What did she do for the first guy that she isn't going to do for me when I pay more? The only way to get good feedback that is real is to consistently do the right thing and let the chips fall as they may.

Reaching out to a positive review and offering some gratitude upon their return? Sounds like a way to spread good cheer.
