I actually do think that 28DDD is European measurements, I actually measured myself in the beginning using the instructions from this you tube video
I simply measured my rib cage, then around my breast. You're supposed to count every inch of difference between the two measurements, with every inch counting as a cup size.
so I was 28 around the rib cage and 34 around the breast... which is a 6 inch difference, which measures out to DDD However when I actually tried on Bra's from the store I fit a 32D, lol.
