No, it isn't. You are too quick to throw the word "banning offense" around. There are few things that reach that category, and more often than not, linking old handles to new is merely dealt with via a post edit and a warning.
And the answer to the latter? She absolutely linked herself to her old handle with the same pics, and started a second handle without staff approval. Both accounts were banned.

I like that a lot, LL appears from the school of shoot first ask questions later mindset, especially in regards to Jules. Perhaps he will regale us with the guidelines on stalking and harassment. Also I am betting Mercianna was weeping as the July winner was announced.

Just a simple question......If your handle is Amber Rain and you are a squirter.....does that mean in your case that it really is pee sometimes? I am just a little confused.
Perhaps Forrest Rain, Claris Rain, Pure Rain, Perrier Rain or Cuminna Rain would have been better name selections.......but hey, I am not in advertising.
