...The footage showing the August 2016 death of Tony Timpa in Dallas shows an officer pinning him to the ground with his hands cuffed behind him for nearly 14 minutes as the 32-year-old eventually becomes unresponsive. Officers are heard joking that Timpa had fallen asleep, with one yelling "five more minutes, mom!"

Timpa's death in the parking lot of an adult video store came after he called 911, saying he was off his medication for schizophrenia and depression and needed help. Questions about what happened in the moments leading to his death have swirled as city officials argued against the release of the body camera footage, according to the Dallas Morning News, but a judge on Monday sided with news outlets who had sought to make the video public...

I have been very surprised at how "presidential" Biden has come off these past few days. Agree with his message, or not, he has come across much better as the person to help unite the country. Trump has (once again) been late with an effective response, once again punting to the Democrat governors and mayors, who have no will to impose any order on the lawlessness.

I tend to defer to the Texas Ranger that was technically a witness for the prosecution over the typical idiot that concluded "She was a dumb bimbo with a gun who was too fucking stupid to realize she was on the wrong floor and thought it was her apartment" without paying the slightest bit of attention to the facts of the case.


Basically there was no way a black judge was going to let a white cop walk once the public got worked up. I dont think Officer Kneenecker meant to kill Floyd but his dumb ass choices definitely caused Floyd's death so he deserves to do some real time. Amber should have walked.

by law Trump can't intervene with federal troops unless asked by a Governor. Posse Comitatus limits the Federal Government from doing so without being asked.
