so your reviews aren't accurate then? from the casual reader they are 99% 30 minutes.

I like my sessions just the way they are. Oh yeah, you are into GFE. Not really my slice of pie. If I want GFE, I will look for a gf. Spending more than 30 minutes or an hour with someone I really don't know is a little much for me........

That's the point i guess i didnt make. you have your preferred sessions, I have mine, everyone else has there's. So some people need to get off the x-number of posts, x-number of review bandwagon. we're all just here trying to get laid. the only difference is some of us are paying for the privilege, some are getting paid.

I think it will take time. There is a period of adjustment to be expected. Plenty of people felt I was going to do terrible but I think I proved the majority wrong. Some of my harshest critics in the beginning changed their tune eventually.

Absolutely. When I was a mod, the majority of my posts were in the men's area and staff. Most of my coed posts were thanking reviewers for their contributions, answering staff questions, and welcoming new members. Giving your opinion as staff represents everyone (staff). A good former admin buddy of mine told me that and he's right.

Like you said in an earlier post..... I don't think we've had a MOD in a LONG time that likes to tell us everyday that he IS a MOD.....

That did not sit too well with me either. I think Vyt responded too quickly to Victoria and I. Sometimes as a mod you have to give some time before a response. He will learn in time.....

I think it's cool that I have very few recent posts and that there seems to be a never ending shit storm attributed to me......

I've been backing out because uf the TYPE of Moderation that is occurring.....

I still post but am much more careful now. I am not too thrilled with it either....

I can't support that and did not when I was a mod. I always felt that you let the point system work itself and eventually a ban will happen on its own without being too heavy handed.....

Without earning a SINGLE point or warning ONE member can be told to NEVER post a contrary opinion of another member or in another members threads?

Lately..... the biggest Austin Shit Stirrers are ladies, Post Hos that are past their day and whiners that never review or contribute information..... It seems that the is the direction the boat is being steered......

It seems like it for now. What gets me the most are those that don't contribute information to the board but want to bicker with me, etc. I can at least say that I contribute along with my shenanigans. I am glad there are those that contribute because the board would be dead if no one reviewed, etc...
