I'm not sure which Iraq war you are referring to. If you are talking about George W's, my answer is I'm undecided, but leaning against it. There are insufficient facts out there to really know if it was a good idea.

The Founding Fathers believed that the people in government where incompetent and dishonest. Their answer to this problem was limited government. Some government is necessary, but limited government means limiting the incompetence and dishonesting. It's impossible to prevent the problem, but it can be limited.

Certainly defense is one of the enumerated powers in the Constitution. I'm all for protecting the American people and doing everything necessary to make that happen. Of course, I'm not for $800 toilet seats (those who are old enough know what I mean)

What is your problem with capitalism, free enterprise, private property, limited government the US Constitution and liberty? Wouldn't you be more comfortable in one of the socialist European countries?
