Thanks Myren1900.... The struggle is still real, and I am not the gym type. I just saw one for sale on CL, so hopefully they can sell it to me and deliver and set up...

I would recommend a Fitbit or similar device ( Garmin, Apple Watch) that keep track of your activity, mainly how much you walk every day.
I find it helpful.

And read about whey protein

^^ Dallas you are so wonderfully kind as the rest of you ladies and gent's are. I guess it was my fear of being on a show like my 600 lb life that did it for me.

I have always had to push myself extra hard and go the extra mile. What is easy for some is not always easy for me. I can just smell food and gain 20 lbs..

I am trying sooo hard. It won't be overnight success, but hopefully by summer the newest me will be looking pretty good.

I am taking right steps to getting there. Eating better, NO sodas, and now my new exercise gym set. I just love the way it burns working out!!
