You support the current gun laws as they are now, and also the fact that there are more and more mass shootings occurring because guns are so easy to acquire. How can you justify that? Is it all right for innocent people to die so that you can carry a gun? Just a point to ponder. I do agree that you have a right to carry a gun. But what about the rights of other innocent people to be safe? Don't they have rights too?

The individual in question under went three FBI investigation one of which was ten months long in addition to the federally mandated background check, and you live in a fantasy world if you imagine that battery of background checks constitutes "easy". great point, we all have the right to not get shot in the face because we went to the movies or church or a nightclub. . . I think the right to not get murdered in mass numbers is a pretty damn important right too.

Exactly. A few days ago, four bills were introduced, 2 by Dims, 2 by Repubs. Each bill was voted down by party line pretty much. I believe one bill was actually "approved" by the NRA.
