It has nothing to do with being black or categorized, ect. It is what it is. If that's too much for you, that's tough.

Punk is not a term of endearment. Please don't venture into areas where you are clueless.

You need to categorize people. Some people don't fit into your categories. That's tough.

White rich men are the oppressors of minorities. How's that categorization? In your mind that fits, right?

the machine eats all criminals. just because the percentage is higher per capita for certain races just means certain races commit more crimes.

Goddamn, you think you're the first person to ever have that idea?
It's got nothing to do with crime. It has everything to do with men serving an inordinate amount of time relative to the crime. You institutionalize these young men and they never have a chance.

The machine is fueled by profits, idiot. Do you think your precious capitalist system will accept failure? No, it won't. It must have profits, by whatever means. So they lobby for stiffer sentences for bullshit crimes. Three strikes, etc. and they're guaranteed to have inmates for life.

You are sad. You live in a walled garden and your mind is unable to advance beyond its perimeter.
three strikes, at least in Californication, was essentially a knee jerk reaction to the abduction and murder of Polly Klaas. her murderer, Richard Davis, happens to be white (he claims to be part indian, regardless, he's neither brown nor black). so how does that fit your supposition that "three strikes" laws were enacted to imprison the black and brown man alone?

in Cali at least, they have repealed some of the Three Strikes laws because they found them to be too arbitrary. steal a candy bar three times and you are a hardcore felon? does not fit.

Oppression is basically defined as the prolonged or unjust treatment or control of another, or group in unfair ways. How would the pay range of a companies CEO and it's workers be considered oppression?
