That is a good point that I have given some honest consideration. Does the site tolerate the 'jackassery' just because it drives post count and therefore, traffic? My guess is yes, but I wonder if they are right. I know, for a fact, that some people avoid interacting because they don't want to participate in the melee that is the Houston forum. We won't ever know whether eliminating the asshats would cut down post count or just encourage different people to participate. We won't know because the admin likes it this way and, mostly, chooses mods who are butt buddies with the offenders. Such is their prerogative.

According to St.C, this is a discussion board and the members enjoy getting to participate. I know I do. As long as we pretend to act like grown ups and avoid the name calling and insults we should be allowed to speak our minds here and even disagree at times. But I've been informed there will be zero tolerance for insulting other members. Sounds easy enough, right?
As far as post count goes, I would think the more the better. The site is funded by activity from what I understand. And if PP is jealous cuz DM is getting more hits than him? She's got a pussy brutha, of course she's going to be more popular than you... duh.
