This shit here dude.....Completely gut the fucking place except for a few bathrooms....install a badass sound system and open an after hours club like the old Club Some......hire a DJ or two to spin some old school Trance on vinyl....$30 admission per person and bottled water at $5 bucks a pop(I can handle the other details)......trust me bro, you can't lose money on this deal.....

That's worst case scenario of course....but in the event that were to happen, I have contacts on the inside that can hook you up with all the commissary and Newports you need during your stay.....so any way it plays out....we're golden on this deal......
