I've really gotten hooked on Revenge, Beauty and the Beast, Witches of East End, and Teen Wolf.

I also loved Leverage. Absolutely fantastic show from start to finish. You can see it on Netflix.

I like mystery and not so much cop detective shows. I LOVED DEXTER!
Some I think you might like:

Supernatural
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (and you can laugh at the 90s fashion)
Penny Dreadful

True Detective is a cop show, obviously, but very intense. Definitely worth watching.

You can get 22 episodes with Vudu or free with Amazon instant video.

The only reason I would get Amazon would be to watch NYPD BLUE, but I want to watch all of them again.
I have the Roku player

EDIT.... Shiet! You can get all 12 seasons with Amazon, going to sign up now......

I see that too now. Hell jbravo mentioned 80 for a year, that's less than Netflix at 8 per month. Sometimes I wonder why I pay for cable when I can just watch Netflix and now Amazon for much less and be perfectly happy lol.

I ditched Comcast a year ago, use a powered antenna for all the local stuff, the only channel I really miss is Discovery, but when they go on line, I will make up for that.

Plus, with Amazon Prime, you get the free 2 day shipping on most items you buy (which is insidiously awesome of them).

Amazon recently made a deal with HBO as well, so they now have many of the HBO shows available on their streaming content. Most of the currently running / newer shows, they'll only have the first few seasons available without paying extra, but some of the older shows (I just finished watching all of Deadwood, for example) are fully available.

Yeah, we got rid of cable years ago as well and use online streaming services (NetFlix, Amazon Prime, CrunchyRoll, etc.) only. Between those and torrenting anything current, we have most things we watch covered.

The only big thing you'll miss out on is if you watch a lot of live sportscasts.

Only reason I have cable is it was a better deal to have cable and Internet rather than Internet alone. Does anyone have AT&T Internet by itself?

I did, a few years ago.

But, here is one for you, a wireless internet provider, with unlimited data 4g ( I don't know if it will work out your way, but you can check) H20 Bolt 50.00 bucks, a month. I leave the thing on all the time.

Leverage is good. It's actually based on a British one called 'Hustle'. That's even better.

It's only the second season of the show.

If anyone liked OZ they're probably going to like OITNB.

BTW, Can't wait for "Better Call Saul" If it's half as good as Breaking Bad it will be a great show.

Dexter was fucking awesome as long as you could get past some of the little quirks like the fact he could pick a lock in under 2 seconds and always had superfast internet connections.
