Then we agree!
Now let us go to the thread where we can all click our heels together and believe....and everything we wish for will come true! LOL
...and Bill Clinton did not provide me with any blue pills, just pointers on how to pick up ladies!

Would you?
You put up a child for adoption for whom you feel some measure of love, but whom your circumstances do not permit you to raise properly.

Feminine Perspective
Actually, the Supreme Court has women on the bench too and they often bring the feminine perspective to their opinions.
Frankly, abortion is a very serious issue and I do not find anything funny about.
Someone has to make these tough decisions.
. . . Personally, I think the justices made a wise decision on an explosive issue, but it will probably remain controversial for decades to come.

He never said , "All rape victims that become pregnant must get an abortion."
He and I and many others believe that they should have that choice.
Look, if you get raped and choose to have the baby, fine. No problem.

First, let me state that I am conservative (not Republican, although I find that the GOP is closer to my stands on issues than the jackasses in the other party). That being said, I believe that this issue is one that should be decided at the state level - not the federal level. The reason that conservatives believe abortion is wrong and that the death penalty is valid is in the Constitution - the due process clause. Those people who have been sentenced to death have been provided their day in court, been found guilty of the crimes attributed to them, have had 10 to 20 years of appeals and stays to prevent the sentence from being carried out (unless you're in Texas) - for fetuses, there is no due process, it is one person deciding that the pregnancy is inconvienient/medically threatening/repulsive/etc. and can simply go to a clinic to have the pregnancy terminated. I think that abortions in the cases of rape, incest or when the mother's life is in danger are valid reasons for terminating a pregnancy, but having "abortion courts" where the woman can go and have her case heard by a judge, the fetus having his/her own attorney (at the state's expense, no less) would solve the due process clause but become a logistical nightmare. The question of allowing abortions should be decided by the citizens of each individual state and Roe v. Wade should be reversed.
And we do restrict with laws what people can do with their bodies (illegal and recreational drugs, prostitution, minor in possession, driving while intoxicated, etc). But those laws are decided at the state and local level and can have opposing rules from within the same state (prositution in all counties of Nevada except Clark and Reno counties, sale of marijuana in some counties in Oregon and California, for example).
What will then happen will be a pocket of states allowing abortions in the northeast and west coast (blue states) and no abortions in the midwest and southern states (red states). But the state will have the final say and will have their own guidelines on allowing the procedure.
Myself - I am pro-choice. I just hope the choice is life.

You guys keep twisting what I say. We all know what FG said. He said no one would want to raise a child conceived by rape. He is wrong. I proved it. Yes, it's a choice, but don't go off half cocked (literally) thinking you know everything about how people feel. Not everyone is you. Thank god.

But I digress.....
The christians pj speaks of are the self guided
i.e. lost/corrupt. God says killing murderers,
degenerates, certain thieves, and rapists
is not only permissable, it is encouraged.
It is written that the blood of the guilty
will not be on the head of their executioner.
But the blood of the innocents shall not
go unavenged.
Before you were in the womb I knew you.
Better a millstone be fixed to your neck
and to be thrown into the sea
Than to corrupt, hurt, or lead astray my little ones
and stand before Me on your Day of Judgement.
Woe to those who call the good evil, and the evil good.
Killing murderers and degenerates= good
Murdering unborn infants= evil
this is not open for debate
the matter is settled
God is not on my side.
I am on His side........well I try this fornication
thing could be the end of me. David and Bathsheba
tells you He does have some leniancy in this dept.

Why does your imaginary god have any place in a discussion of law or state's rights?

you big dummy
The 10 commandments are on the walls
of the USSC.
British commonlaw is based on judaic code.
American law is wholly derived from scripture.
I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth,
and nothing but the truth so help me________.
Imaginary?
Too bad for you. Evidently you are what
will be chaff. I've seen things that people
hundreds of years before me have seen
Wretched entities that belong in Hell.
Their existence tells me that the opposite
of these bastards/bitches must exist as well
or we would all be in ruin.
To be sure I have seen evidence of the Lord's
handiwork as well as His providence.
He's not into vulgar displays of power.
You don't know Him because He doesn't know you.
You must seek Him- He's not lost without you.
Don't even think you can anticipate His thoughts.
My ATF is literally heaven sent.
The circumstances, timing, certain specifics;
none more surprised than I.
At what number does coincidence become providence?
As an aside I've noticed a few lawsuits wherein
the atty finishes up with praying for relief
and restoration in the paperwork submitted
to the court.
In Law and reality God is evrywhere and nowhere.

And they all stood and said Amen.
Oh, and birth control should be free and on every street corner in the world. And again - Amen if I do say so myself.

Its a woman's body. Pretty damn simple. I will be damned if some old fuck in DC were to tell me what to do with my body.
At least the old fucks in DC have not told me to fuck myself today.
